ॐ गं गणपतये नम:।
अक्षरं परमं ब्रह्म ज्योतीरूपं सनातनम्।
निराकारं स्वेच्छामयमनन्तजम्॥
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि
[श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता 2.47]
मानव जाति को चार वर्णों में विभक्त करके चारों वर्णों के कर्तव्यों का, भिन्न वर्ण के पुरुष द्वारा भिन्न वर्ण की स्त्री से उत्पन्न सन्तान (वर्णसंकर) की सामाजिक स्थिति का, चारों वर्णों के आपद्धर्मों का तथा आपत्‌काल में चारों वर्णों के लोगों द्वारा नियत धर्म के पालन की प्रशंसा का वर्णन किया गया है
This chapter describes the illigimate progeny, CROSS BREEDS-HYBREEDS, bastards. 
अधीयीरंस्त्रयो वर्णाः स्वकर्मस्था द्विजातयः।
प्रब्रूयाद् ब्राह्मणस्त्वेषां नेतराविति निश्चयः॥10.1॥
अपने-अपने कर्मों में निरत द्विजाति (ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय, वैश्य) वेदों को पढ़ें। केवल ब्राह्मण ही वेदों को पढायें अन्य कोई नहीं, यही निश्चय-आदेश है। 
The upper castes (Brahmans, Kshatriy & Vaeshy) should study the Veds, while performing their prescribed & mandatory duties assigned to them. Only the Brahmns are entitled to teach the Veds, this is the directive-doctrine.
The Brahman teaching Veds should be pure-pious (मनसा,वचना,कर्मणा) mentally, enlightened, speech & actions. He should be crystal clear about the meaning, interpretation, understanding, applicability of Veds. Only cramming-rote memorisation is not enough.
सर्वेषां ब्राह्मणो विद्याद् वृत्त्युपायान् यथाविधि।
प्रब्रूयादितरेभ्यश्च स्वयं चैव तथा भवेत्॥10.2॥
ब्राह्मण सबकी वृत्ति का उपाय यथाविधि जानकर, उसका सब लोगों को उपदेश करे और स्वयं भी अपनी जीविका का उपाय करे। 
The Brahman should find out, search, analyse the ways and means of all Varn (& castes & sub castes) for survival-subsistence and guide-direct them accordingly and should make efforts for his own subsistence as well.
Begging or accepting charity, donations-gifts, doles should never be the goal of a Brahman. He may earn through Priesthood, performance of Yagy, Hawan, Agnihotr for others, teaching, astrology, medicine etc. He may earn his livelihood through other respectable means as well in addition to worship, prayers, meditations, ascetic practices side by side.
Its better to survive of own endeavours in comparison to accepting doles, charity, bribe, I personally feel as a Brahman.
वैशेष्यात्प्रकृतिश्रैष्ठ्यान्नियमस्य च धारणात्।
संस्कारस्य विशेषाच्च वर्णानां ब्राह्मणः प्रभुः॥10.3॥
अत्यन्त श्रेष्ठता, प्रकृति की श्रेष्ठता के कारण, नियमों को धारण करने में और संस्कारों की विशेषता से सभी वर्णों का स्वामी ब्राह्मण है। 
On account of his excellence-pre-eminence, superiority of origin, subjecting himself to restrictions & observance of Sanskars (virtues, piousity, righteousness, honesty, truth, enlightenment, wisdom, prudence, intelligence, Mantr Shakti, valour, ethics, culture, sovereignty) the Brahman is Supreme and master-controller of all castes.
All Varn-castes have emerged out of the Brahmans depending upon nature, capability, capacity, traits, characters, mutations through various permutations & combinations of genes, chromosomes, DNA etc.

ब्राह्मणः क्षत्रियो वैश्यस्त्रयो वर्णा द्विजातयः।
चतुर्थ एकजातिस्तु शूद्रो नास्ति तु पञ्चमः॥10.4॥
ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय और वैश्य इन्हीं तीन वर्णों को द्विजाति कहते हैं, चौथा एक जाति वर्ण शूद्र है। पाँचवाँ कोई नहीं है। 
Brahman, Kshatriy and Vaeshy constitute the Dwijati Varn; the fourth is Ek Jati i.e., single Varn. Fifth Varn does not exist.
सर्ववर्णेषु तुल्यासुं पत्नीष्वक्षतयोनिषु।
आनुलोम्येन संभूता जात्या ज्ञेयास्त एव ते॥10.5॥
सभी वर्णों में सजातीय अक्षतयोनि वाली स्त्रियों से अनुलोम विधि से जो सन्तान होगी, वह उसी वर्ण की होगी जैसे ब्राह्मण से ब्राह्मण में उत्पन्न पुत्र ब्राह्मण ही होगा। 
The child born out of a virgin of the same caste will belong to caste of the father.
स्त्रीष्वनन्तरजातासु द्विजैरुत्पादितान्सुतान्।
सदृशानेव तानाहुर्मातृदोषविगर्हितान्॥10.6॥
व्यवधान रहित अपने से निम्न वर्ण की स्त्रियों में द्विजातियों से उत्पन्न हुए पुत्र माता के हीन जातीय होने से निन्दित और पिता के सदृश होते हैं। 
The son born out of a relation between an upper caste male and lower caste woman is depraved and like the father. 
Hindu Dharm do not advocate inter religion or inter caste marriages. Marriages amongest the same title, surname, Gotr should never be solemnised and sub divisions should be checked-traced, like Main title Bhardwaj, Branches :- Gaur, Sandhily, Sub branches :- Dubey, Chobe etc. then Shashan and Nikas.
Ravan was the son of a Brahman Rishi Vishrava, from a demon woman-Kaekasi, Mahrishi Ved Vyas is the son of Mahrishi Parashar born out of Saty Wati a woman born out of a fish nourished by a Mallah-boats man. These are the two cases of divine interventions. Ved Vyas is titled Bhagwan, an incarnation of Bhagwan Vishnu and Ravan was Jay, his care taker-gate keeper in Vaekunth Lok. 
Kuber & Kans were the result of inter caste, inter species sex. 
अनन्तरासु जातानां विधिरेष सनातनः।
द्वयेकान्तरासु जातानां धर्म्यं विद्यादिमं विधिम्॥10.7॥
यह व्यवधान रहित अपने से हीन जाति की स्त्रियों से उत्पन्न पुत्रों की यह सनातन विधि कही। अब दो अथवा एक वर्ण के अन्तर वाली स्त्रियों उत्पन्न यह नियम है। 
The uninterrupted procedure continuing ever since (eternal) for producing sons from the women of lower Varn-castes has been described. Now, the rule for the sons obtained from the women belonging to castes lower by one, of the two Varn is being described. 
ब्राह्मणाद्वैश्यकन्यायामम्बष्ठो नाम जायते।
निषादः शूद्रकन्यायां यः पारशव उच्यते॥10.8॥
ब्राह्मण से वैश्य कन्या से उत्पन्न पुत्र को अम्बष्ठ कहते हैं और शूद्र कन्या से उत्पन्न पुत्र को निषाद या पार्शव कहते हैं। 
The son produced by a Brahmn from Vaeshy woman is termed Ambashth and the one produced from a Shudr woman is called Nishad or Parshav.
क्षत्रियात्शूद्रकन्यायां क्रूराचारविहारवान्।
क्षत्रशूद्रवपुर्जन्तुरुग्रो नाम प्रजायते॥10.9॥
क्षत्रिय से शूद्र कन्या में उत्पन्न पुत्र क्रूर आचार और विहार करने वाला होता है। उसकी प्रकृति क्षत्रिय और शूद्र दोनों के जैसी होती है और उसे उग्र कहते हैं। 
The son produced by a Kshatriy from a Shudr woman is ferocious & cruel. His nature is a combination of both the Kshatriy and Shudr and is termed as Ugr.
विप्रस्य त्रिषु वर्णेषु नृपतेर्वर्णयोर्द्वयोः।
वैश्यस्य वर्णे चैकस्मिन् षडेतेऽपसदाः स्मृताः॥10.10॥
ब्राह्मण से अन्य तीन वर्णवाली (क्षत्रिय, वैश्य, शूद्र) स्त्रियों से उत्पन्न पुत्र और वैश्य से केवल शूद्र वर्ण की स्त्री से उत्पन्न पुत्र, ये छः प्रकार के पुत्र अपसद कहलाते हैं। 
The six category of sons born out of the Kshatriy, Vaeshy & Shudr women by a Brahman and the ones born out of Shudr woman by a Vaeshy are termed Apsad.
क्षत्रियाद्विप्रकन्यायां सूतो भवति जातितः।
वैश्यान्मागधवैदेहौ राजविप्राङ्गनासुतौ॥10.11॥
ब्राह्मण की कन्या से क्षत्रिय द्वारा उत्पन्न हुए पुत्र की जाति सूत होती है। क्षत्रिय और ब्राह्मण की कन्या से वैश्य द्वारा उत्पन्न हुए पुत्र क्रमशः मागध और वैदेह जाति के होते हैं। 
The sons born out of Kshatriy and Vaeshy women by a Brahman belong to Sut caste and the sons born out of a Kshatriy woman by a Vaeshy are Called Magadh and those born out of Brahman woman by a Vaeshy are termed Vaedeh.
शूद्रादायोगवः क्षत्ता चण्डालश्चाधमो नृणाम्।
वैश्यराजन्यविप्रासु जायन्ते वर्णसङ्कराः॥10.12॥
ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय और वैश्य की कन्या से शूद्र द्वारा उत्पन्न हुए लड़के क्रम से अयोगव, क्षत्ता और अधम चाण्डाल, वर्णसंकर होते हैं। 
The son born out of a Brahman woman by a Shudr is called Ayogav, a son born out of a Kshatriy woman by a Shudr is called Kshatta and the son born out of a Vaeshy woman by a Shudr is called Adham Chandal and are Varn Sankar i.e., hybrid-mixed blood.
एकान्तरे त्वानुलोम्यादम्बष्ठोग्रौ यथा स्मृतौ ।
क्षत्तृ वैदेहकौ तद्वत्प्रातिलोम्येऽपि जन्मनि॥10.13॥
अनुलोम से एकान्तर में जैसे अम्बष्ठ और उग्र हैं वैसे ही प्रतिलोम रीति से एकान्तर वर्ण में उत्पन्न क्षत्ता और वैदेह हैं। 
The manner in which Ambashth & Ugr are born through Anulom process in Ekantar, similarly by the Pratilom-reverse process Kshatta & Vaedeh are born in Ekantar Varn.
पुत्रा येऽनन्तरस्त्रीजाः क्रमेणोक्ता द्विजन्मनाम्।
ताननन्तरनाम्नस्तु मातृदोषात्प्रचक्षते॥10.14॥
द्विजातियों के अनन्तर स्त्रियों से जो सन्तानें पैदा होती हैं, वे माता के दोष से (अर्थात माता से भिन्न जाति होने से) उसी जाति के पुकारे जाते हैं।
The children born out of lower castes by the upper castes man, are addressed by the lower caste to which the woman belongs to.
Such cross breeds-hybrids are titled by the names of their mother's titles.
Ravan and Kuber were the sons of Pulasty Rishi & were titled Rakshas and Yaksh respectively. 
ब्राह्मणादुग्रकन्यायामावृतो नाम जायते।
आभीरोऽम्बष्ठकन्यायामायोगव्यां तु धिग्वणः॥10.15॥
उग्र कन्या (क्षत्रिय से शूद्रा में उत्पन्न कन्या को उग्रा कहते हैं) में ब्राह्मण से उत्पन्न बालक को आवृत, अम्बष्ठ (ब्राह्मण से वैश्य स्त्री से उत्पन्न कन्या) कन्या में ब्राह्मण से उत्पन्न पुत्र आभीर और आयोगवी कन्या (शूद्र से वैश्य स्त्री से उत्पन्न कन्या) से उत्पन्न पुत्र को धिग्व्रण कहते हैं। 
The son born out of a Ugr (the girl born out of relation between a Kshatriy and a Shudr woman) by a Brahman is termed as Avrat, the son born out of a Ambashth girl (born out of a relation between a Brahman and Vaeshy woman) by a Brahmn is called Abhir and the son born out of a girl called Ayogwati (the girl born out of a relation between a Shudr and Vaeshy woman) by a Brahman is called Dhigvran.
आयोगवश्च क्षत्ता च चण्डालश्चाधमो नृणाम्।
प्रातिलोम्येन जायन्ते शूद्रादपसदास्त्रयः॥10.16॥
प्रतिलोम रीति से उत्पन्न आयोगव, क्षत्ता और मनुष्यों में अधम चाण्डाल, ये तीनों सर्वदा शूद्र से भी नीच होते हैं। 
Ayogav, Kshatta produced in adverse order and the Chandal are more depraved as  compared to Shudr amongest the humans.
वैश्यान् मागधवैदेहौ क्षत्रियात् सूत एव तु।
प्रतीपमेते जायन्ते परेऽप्यपसदास्त्रयः॥10.17॥
वैश्य द्वारा प्रतिलोम रीति से उत्पन्न (अर्थात क्षत्रिय और ब्राह्मण की कन्या से) पुत्र क्रम से मागध और वैदेह तथा क्षत्रिय से उत्पन्न (ब्राह्मण की कन्या से) सूत पुत्र रूप; ये तीनों सर्वदा भ्रष्ट होते हैं। 
Progeny obtained from Kshatriy and Brahman girl in adverse order by a Vaeshy called Magadh and Vaedeh respectively & the Sut obtained from a Brahmn girls are absolutely depraved.
जातो निषादात्शूद्रायां जात्या भवति पुक्कसः।
शूद्राज्जातो निषाद्यां तु स वै कुक्कुटकः स्मृतः॥10.18॥
शूद्र की कन्या से निषाद द्वारा उत्पन्न पुत्र पुक्कस और निषाद की कन्या से शूद्र द्वारा उत्पन्न पुत्र कुक्कुटक कहा जाता है। 
The son produced by a Nishad from a Shudr girl is called Pukkas, while the one produced by a Shudr through a Nishad girl is called Kukkutak. 
क्षत्तुर्जातस्तथोग्रायां श्वापक इति कीर्त्यते।
वैदेहकेन त्वम्बष्ठ्यामुत्पन्नो वेण उच्यते॥10.19॥
उग्र कन्या से क्षत्ता द्वारा उत्पन्न पुत्र को श्र्वपाक कहते हैं, अम्बष्ठ कन्या से वैदेह द्वारा उत्पन्न पुत्र को वेण कहते हैं। 
The son produced by a Kshatta through a Ugr girl is termed as Shravpak and the son produced by a Vaedeh through a Ambashth girl is called Ven.
द्विजातयः सवर्णासु जनयन्त्यव्रतांस्तु यान्।
तान्सावित्रीपरिभ्रष्टान्व्रात्यानिति विनिर्दिशेत्॥10.20॥
द्विजातियों से सवर्ण स्त्रियों में जो पुत्र होते हैं, यदि उनका यज्ञोपवीत संस्कार न किया गया हो तो सावित्री से भ्रष्ट होने के कारण ब्रात्य कहे जाते हैं। 
If the sons produced by Upper Castes though Upper Caste woman do not undergo sacred Janeu ceremony, they will be termed as Braty being depraved-excluded of Savitri. 
व्रात्यात्तु जायते विप्रात्पापात्मा  भूर्जकण्टकः।
आवन्त्यवाटधानौ च पुष्पधः शैख एव च॥10.21॥
ब्रात्य विप्र से पापात्मा, भूर्जकण्टक पुत्र उत्पन्न होता है, उसी को आवन्त्य, पुष्पध और शैख भी कहते हैं। 
A Braty Brahman will produce a sinner Bhurjkantak son, known as Avanty, Pushpadh and Shaekh as well.
झल्लो मल्लश्च राजन्याद् व्रात्यान् लिच्छिविरेव च।
नटश्च करणश्चैव खसो द्रविड एव च॥10.22॥
क्षत्रिय वर्ण के ब्रात्य से उत्पन्न पुत्र को झल्ल, मल्ल, लिच्छिवि, नट, करण, खस और द्रविड कहते हैं। 
The son born out of Braty wing of the Kshatriy is called Jhall, Mall, Lichchhivi, Nat, Karan, Khas or Dravid.
This clearly explains the origin of Dravids inhibited in South India especially Tamil Nadu. The British unnecessarily created controversy and confusion about of the Indians and their origin.
वैश्यात्तु जायते व्रात्यात्सुधन्वाचार्य एव च।
कारुषश्च विजन्मा च मैत्रः सात्वत एव च॥10.23॥
वैश्य वर्ण के ब्रात्य से स्वजातीय स्त्री से उत्पन्न पुत्र को सुधन्वाचार्य, कारुष्य, विजन्मा, मैत्र और सात्वत कहते हैं। 
The Braty son born out of a woman of the same caste of Vaeshy Varn is called Sudhanvachary, Karushy, Vijanma, Maetr or Satwat.
व्यभिचारेण वर्णानामवेद्यावेदनेन च।
स्वकर्मणां च त्यागेन जायन्ते वर्णसङ्कराः॥10.24॥
विप्रादि वर्गों का परस्पर व्यभिचार करने से, स्वगोत्र में विवाह करने से और अपने-अपने कर्मों को छोड़ देने से वर्ण संकर उत्पन्न होते हैं। 
The Varn Sankar-hybrids are born due to mutual adultery amongest the Brahmans etc., marriage in the same Gotr and deserting of own professions (family trade, caste, ancient practices) prescribed by the scriptures. 
With the invasion of Muslims and the Europeans, especially the British in India, adultery increased many-many folds, since they had no culture, values, norms, ethics. Abduction, rape, sale, illicit relations, conversions amongest these communities are still prevalent and quite common. The white does not mind producing progeny without marriage.
There are people who advocate inter caste, inter religion, inter state-country marriages. They try to honour such people. Fanatic Muslims are trying to promote marriage of Hindu girls with Muslims in the name of Jihad, which is termed as love Jihad. Such girls are exploited in all possible manner before being murdered. 
These days girls seek livin relations with any one from any religion, caste, country which just produce hybrids.
सङ्कीर्णयोनयो ये तु प्रतिलोमानुलोमजाः।
अन्योन्यव्यतिषक्ताश्च तान्प्रवक्ष्याम्यशेषतः॥10.25॥
प्रतिलोम और अनुलोम से जो संकीर्ण जातियाँ उत्पन्न होती हैं तथा परस्पर व्यभिचार से जो जातियाँ उत्पन्न होती हैं, उनको सम्पूर्णतः कहता हूँ। 
Now, I shall fully describe-enumerate the castes evolved out of mutual  illicit relations by the Pratilom & Anulom progeny.
सूतो वैदेहकश्चैव चण्डालश्च नराधमः।
मागधः  क्षत्रजातिश्च तथाऽयोगव एव च॥10.26॥
सूत, वैदेहक, नराधम, चाण्डाल, मागध, क्षत्ता और आयोगव ये छः वर्ण संकर हैं। 
Sut, Vaedehak, Naradham, Chandal. Magadh, Kshatta and Ayogav constitute  the six major groups of hybrid castes.
एते षट् सदृशान्वर्णाञ्जनयन्ति स्वयोनिषु।
मातृजात्यां प्रसूयन्ते प्रवारासु च योनिषु॥10.27॥
ये छः अपने सजातीय माता की जाति तथा श्रेष्ठ जाति की कन्याएँ अपने ही अनुरूप सन्तान को उत्पन्न करती हैं। 
These six mixed blood-hybrid castes produce progeny of the caste of their mothers from the same caste and the girls of the upper castes, produce progeny of their own castes.
यथा त्रयाणां वर्णानां द्वयोरात्माऽस्य जायते।
आनन्तर्यात्स्वयोन्यां तु तथा बाह्येष्वपि क्रमात्॥10.28॥
जैसे (क्षत्रिय, वैश्य, शूद्र) तीन वर्णों के बीच दो वर्णों (क्षत्रिय, वैश्य) की विवाहिता कन्याओं से ब्राह्मण द्वारा अनुलोम क्रम से उत्पन्न पुत्र श्रेष्ठ होता है, उसी प्रकार वैश्य और क्षत्रिय से क्षत्रिय स्त्री और ब्राह्मण स्त्री में उत्पन्न पुत्र शूद्र के प्रतिलोमाज पुत्र से श्रेष्ठ होता है। 
The way the son produced by a Brahman through the Kshatriy & Vaeshy woman by direct relation is better than the one produced through a Shudr woman, similarly the son produced by a Kshatriy or Brahman produced through a Vaeshy woman is better than the one produced thorough a Shudr woman or a woman of inferior-out caste, by Pratilom-inverse relations.
It implies that the progeny of any of the four Varn through the Mallechchh is inferior since the Mallechchh are inferior to any of the four Varn of Hindu-Ary.
Mallechchh were produced from Gurund of Kam Dhenu when Vishwamitr attacked Vashishth to snatch Kam Dhenu. These warriors repelled the armies of Vishwa Mitr. As such they form Marshal castes-i.e., Kshatriy. 
ते चाSपि बाह्यान्सुबहूंस्ततोऽप्यधिकदूषितान्।
परस्परस्य दारेषु जनयन्ति विगर्हितान्॥10.29॥
ये पूर्वोक्त वर्णसंकर परस्पर स्त्रियों में उभयक्रम से अत्यन्त निन्दित सन्तान उत्पन्न करते हैं। 
The hybrids-mixed blood, produce the highly depraved children as they go down the quality line i.e., upper to lower caste. 
Such children do not get social approval-recognition, since they are treated as bastards-illegitimate and treated as out caste even by their own siblings from upper caste women. They do not get appropriate education-learning social environment as well.
यथैव शूद्रो ब्राह्मण्यां बाह्यं जन्तुं प्रसूयते।
तथा बाह्यतरं बाह्यश्चातुर्वर्ण्ये प्रसूयते॥10.30॥
जिस प्रकार शूद्र ब्राह्मणी से निन्दित चाण्डाल पैदा करता है, उसी प्रकार चारों चाण्डाल जातियाँ अपने से निन्दित सन्तानों को उत्पन्न करती हैं। 
The way a Shudr produce a Chandal through a Brahman woman, the four castes of Chandals produce highly depraved-degraded children through mutual alliances.
The children by a Shudr through a Brahman, Kshatriy or Vaeshy woman are equal to Chandals. The children of Shudr woman produced by a Chandal too are Chandals. Its a fashion these days to marry in a lower caste by the educated upper caste girls so that they can rule the husband leading to production of depraved. Jagjivan Ram produced Meera Kumar. Ram Vilas Paswan too did that and these days millions of such women are seen standing in ques for divorce after marriage.
Ram Vilas Paswan too suffered from this disease.
प्रतिकूलं वर्तमाना बाह्या बाह्यतरान्पुनः।
हीना हीनात्प्रसूयन्ते वर्णान् पञ्चदशैव तु॥10.31॥
प्रतिकूल वर्तमान बाह्य हीन पुत्रों से चारों वर्णों की स्त्रियों से उत्पन्न और स्वजातीय स्त्रियों में पन्द्रह-पन्द्रह प्रकार बाह्यतर हीन जाति उत्पन्न होती हैं। 
Presently adverse & excluded sons produced by the women of each of the four Varn and the women of the same caste produce 15-15 lower most-depraved castes.
प्रसाधनोपचारज्ञमदासं दासजीवनम्।
सैरिन्ध्रं वागुरावृत्तिं सूते दस्युरयोगवे॥10.32॥
आयागव स्त्री से दस्यु द्वारा उत्पन्न हुए पुत्र को सैरिन्ध्र कहते हैं। वह प्रसाधनोपचार (केश रचनादि) में कुशल और जूठा न खाकर दासवृत्ति और व्याध (बहेलिये) की वृत्ति से अपना निर्वाह करता है।  
The son produced by a Dasyu through Ayagav woman is called Saerindhr who earn his livelihood through expertise & treatment of hairs without eating left over food as a slave and alternatively as a bird catcher or subsists by snaring-trapping birds or animals.
मैत्रेयकं तु वैदेहो माधूकं संप्रसूयते।
नॄन्प्रशंसत्यजस्रं यो घण्टाताडोऽरुणोदये॥10.33॥
वैदेह से पूर्वोक्त स्त्री में उत्पन्न पुत्र को मैत्रेय कहते हैं। वह मधुर बोलने वाला और सूर्योदय में घंटा बजाकर अपनी जीविका के लिए मनुष्यों की प्रशंसा करता-फिरता है। 
The son produced by a Vaedeh in a Ayogav woman is called Maetrey who speaks nicely (politely, softly, sweetly), rings bells in the morning and earns his livelihood by flattering-praising the people.
निषादो मार्गवं सूते दासं नौकर्मजीविनम्।
कैवर्तमिति यं प्राहुरार्यावर्तनिवासिनः॥10.34॥
निषाद से पूर्वोक्त स्त्री में उत्पन्न पुत्र को मार्गव या दास कहते हैं, जो कि नौका के द्वारा जीवन निर्वाह करता है, जिसे आर्यावर्त में रहने वाले कैवर्त-केवट कहते हैं। 
The son produced from a Ayagav woman by a Nishad is termed as Margav or Das who earns his livelihood through boating; addressed as Kaevart-Kevat by the inhabitants of Aryavart. 
मृतवस्त्रभृत्सु नारीषु गर्हितान्नाशनासु च।
भवन्त्यायोगवीष्वेते जातिहीनाः पृथक् त्रयः॥10.35॥
पूर्वोक्त तीनों (सैरिन्ध्र, मैत्रेय, मार्गव) हीन जातियाँ मुर्दे का वस्त्र पहनने वाली और गर्हित-झूठा खाने वाली आयोगवी स्त्रियों से उत्पन्न होकर भिन्न-भिन्न होती हैं। 
The three caste enumerated earlier as Saerindhr, Maetrey, Margav are born out of the Ayogavi women who wear the cloths of the dead and eat the left over-reprehensible food.
कारावरो निषादात्तु चर्मकारः प्रसूयते।
वैदेहिकादन्ध्रमेदौ बहिर्ग्रामप्रतिश्रयौ॥10.36॥
निषाद जाति से वैदेह पत्नी में उत्पन्न पुत्र करावर नाम की चमार जाति उत्पन्न होती है और वैदेहिक जाति से पूर्वोक्त पत्नियों में अन्ध्र और मेद क्रम से उत्पन्न होते हैं; जो ग्राम से बाहर घर बनाकर रहते हैं। 
The Nishads produce the sons termed as Karawar, nick named Chamar who deal in leather. The Vaedehik produce Andhr and Med out of Vaedeh women who live out side the village by building houses.
The Chamar traditionally dealt in leather ever since. Removing the skin of the dead animal, disposing the dead animal away from the village, making of shoes & Chappals and hundreds of items out of leather and trading of these goods. This caste has gained the most due to reservations financially in spite of low intelligence, lack of capability. These people have reached high echelons of power. They are cruel and torture the upper castes junior-subordinates and exploit their women who work under them sexually. 
Maya Wati though gets the benefits of reservation due to her birth in Chamar community but hates being reminded of her caste. She incite people to file cases against the Swarn.
चण्डालात्पाण्डुसोपाकस्त्वक्सारव्यवहारवान्।
आहिण्डिका निषादेन वैदेह्यामेव जायते॥10.37॥
चाण्डाल से वैदेहिक स्त्री द्वारा पाण्डु लोपाक नामक जाति का पुत्र उत्पन्न होता है, जो कि बाँस से जीविका चलाने वाला होता है। निषाद से वैदेहिक पत्नी में अहिन्डक जाति का पुत्र उत्पन्न होता है। 
A Chandal produces a son through a Vaedehik wife known by Pandu Lopak caste, who deals in bamboo-cane. A Nishad produces a son from a Vaedehik wife known by the caste named Ahindak.
चण्डालेन तु सोपाको मूलव्यसनवृत्तिमान्।
पुक्कस्यां जायते पापः सदा सज्जनगर्हितः॥10.38॥
चाण्डाल से पुक्कसी स्त्री से सोपाक जाति के पुत्र उत्पन्न होते हैं, जो अपने मूल व्यवसाय बधिक वृत्ति, को करने वाले होते हैं। हमेशा पाप करने वाले ये लोग सज्जनों से निन्दित होते हैं। 
The Chandal produces sons of Sopak caste from a Pukkasi wife who carry on their main trade of killing. Being involved in sinful activities they are despised by the virtuous.
DESPISE :: तिरस्कार करना, तुच्छ समझना, नफ़रत करना; hoot, dishonour, spurn, disdain, reproach, lay aside, neglect, hate, contemn, execrate, nauseate, detest.
निषादस्त्री तु चण्डालात्पुत्रमन्त्यावसायिनम्।
श्मशानगोचरं सूते बाह्यानामपि गर्हितम्॥10.39॥
निषाद जाति की स्त्री चांडाल से अन्त्यावसायी पुत्र को उत्पन्न करती है, जो कि श्मशान का काम करने वाला और चाण्डाल से भी हीन होता है। 
A Nishad woman produces a son from a Chandal by the caste termed as Antyavsayi who undertake much more depraved jobs as compared to a Chandal in a cremation ground.
सङ्करे जातयस्त्वेताः पितृमातृप्रदर्शिताः।
प्रच्छन्ना वा प्रकाशा वा वेदितव्याः स्वकर्मभिः॥10.40॥
वर्ण संकरों की इतनी जातियाँ पिता-माता के भेद से दिखाई गईं और जो गुप्त और प्रकाश में अन्य जातियाँ हैं, उन्हें उनके कर्म के अनुसार समझना चाहिये। 
These are the castes (races) of cross-breeds, hybrids described on the basis of their parentage and other hidden-concealed or visible castes may be identified on the basis of their activities, Karm, jobs, occupations. 
During this age, its going to be very-very difficult to establish the real caste race of a person due to inter caste, inter religious, interstate, intercontinental marriages. There are several millions of those who are produced without marriages.
स्वजातिजानन्तरजाः षट् सुता द्विजधर्मिणः।
शूद्राणां तु सधर्माणः सर्वेऽपध्वंसजाः स्मृताः॥10.41॥
द्विजातियों के सजातीय स्त्रियों में अनन्तर जातियों (अनुलोम क्रम) द्वारा अर्थात ब्राह्मण द्वारा क्षत्रिय और वैश्य से तथा क्षत्रिय द्वारा वेश से, ये छः द्विजत्व के अधिकारी होते हैं और प्रतिलोम क्रम से उत्पन्न जातियाँ शूद्र के सह धर्मी हैं; इसलिए वे द्विजत्व के योग्य नहीं हैं। 
Six categories of caste formed by the direct infusion-interaction (Anulom) between higher to lower caste i.e., Brahman with Kshatriy & Vaeshy, Kshatriy with Vaeshy and those between the same Upper Varn are eligible for sacred activities, rituals etc. Anyone other than these (Pratilom, anti, inverse, reverse, adverse, opposite) should be treated at par with the Shudr.
तपोबीजप्रभावैस्तु ते गच्छन्ति युगे युगे।
उत्कर्षं चापकर्षं च मनुष्येष्विह जन्मतः॥10.42॥
वे (पूर्वोक्त सजातीय और अनुलोमज) युग-युग में तपस्या और बीज के प्रभाव से जन्म से ही मनुष्यों के बीच उच्चता और नीचता को प्राप्त होते हैं। 
The upper castes & their descendants through next upper castes, six in number, reach superiority-nobility due to their ascetics, austerities and the impact of seed (impact of genes, chromosomes), described here in several Yugs (millions (billions of years).
It clearly shows that heredity and environment are equally important-responsible for the traits of a living being. However, mutations can not be denied as a result of divine intervention. Various demigods, nymphs, Gandarbh, demons, Yaksh too interact with humans leading to transmutations and passages of genes from them into humans race.
The Mallechchh (other than Gurund) has been abducting women from other tribes, castes, countries and subjecting them to production of progeny; give birth to high breeds which have no sense of ethics, morality, culture, values etc. 
वर्णसंकर :: नराश्व, दोनस्ला, वर्णसंकर, दो विभिन्न प्रजातियों से उत्पन्न, दोग़ला; Alphabetic, cross bred, centaur, half blooded.
शनकैस्तु क्रियालोपादिमाः क्षत्रियजातयः।
वृषलत्वं गता लोके ब्राह्मणादर्शनेन च॥10.43॥
ये (आगे कहे हुए) क्षत्रिय जातियाँ क्रिया के (उपनयनादि) लोप होने से ब्राह्मण का दर्शन न होने के कारण (अनध्ययनादि) इस लोक में शूद्रता को प्राप्त होती हैं। 
These castes derived from Kshatriy etc. become Shudr in the absence of Sanskars (omission of the sacred rites), regard to Brahmns and education.
One should resort to prayers, worship, respect of Brahmns-learned, elders even if he is a Shudr.
पौण्ड्रकाश्चौड्रद्रविडाः  काम्बोजा यवनाः शकाः।
पारदा: पह्लवाश्चीनाः किराता दरदाः खशाः॥10.44॥
पौंड्रक, औड्र, द्रविड़, कम्बोज, यवन, शक, पारद, पहलव, चीन, किरात, दरद और खश।
These castes mentioned are Paundrak, Audr, Dravid, the Kamboj, Yavan, Shak, Parad, Pahlav, Cheen, Kirat, Darad and Khash.

One of the sons of Maharshi Kashyap, known as Mishr, had gone to present day Egypt, educated the inhabitants there and they acquired the traits of Brahmans & Kshatriy but in due course of time the impact of Islam prevailed over them as well. 
मुखबाहूरुपद्जानां या लोके जातयो बहिः।
म्लेच्छवाचश्चार्यवाचः सर्वे ते दस्यवः स्मृताः॥10.45॥
मुख-ब्राह्मण, बाहु-क्षत्रिय, उरू-वैश्य और पद-शूद्र की बाह्य जातियाँ हो गई हैं; वे चाहे मल्लेच्छ अथवा आर्य दोनों में चाहे जिस भाषा को बोलें, वे संसार में दस्यु-डाकू कही जाती हैं। 
All those tribes in this world, which are excluded from (the community of) those born from the mouth, the arms, the thighs and the feet (of Brahma Ji), are called Dasyu-dacoits, whether they speak the language of the Mallechchh-barbarians or that of the Aryans.
The entire region constituting of deserts is the abode of dreaded dacoits, looters, barbarians. Even today they are engaged in such activities. They want to dominate the whole world under the title of Islam or Muslim.
ये द्विजानामपसदा ये चापध्वंसजाः स्मृताः।
ते निन्दितैर्वर्तयेयुर्द्विजानामेव कर्मभिः॥10.46॥
द्विजों से उत्पन्न अपसद और प्रतिलोमज जातियाँ द्विजों के लिये आगे कहे हुए निन्दित कर्मों द्वारा अपना जीवन निर्वाह करें। 
The Apsad and Pratilomaj produced by the upper castes may adopt the professions banned for the higher castes for survival, described below.
Though these occupations are reprehended for the upper castes, yet there is nothing unclean or wrong in doing them if performed with devotion, piously, honestly, since no job is small or great. Let the devotion to God be continued simultaneously. This is Kali Yug and adjust accordingly. If the Brahmn has been compelled to do inferior job for lively hood, he must dedicate himself to the Brahmanical duties prescribed in the scriptures. 
सूतानामश्वसारथ्यमम्बष्ठानां चिकित्सनम्।
वैदेहकानां स्त्रीकार्यं मागधानां वणिक्पथः॥10.47॥
सूत का कार्य घोड़ों का सारथ्य (साईसी) करना और रथ हाँकना (कोचवानी) है। अम्बष्ठों का चिकित्सा (दवा-दारू), वैदेहकों का काम जनान खाने में स्त्रियों की सेवा-सहायता करना और मागधों का कार्य स्थल मार्ग  रोजगार करना है। 
The Sut should look after the horses and work as chariot drivers, Ambashth should adopt medicine-surgery, nursing as profession, the Vaedehak should serve the women in a place reserved for women only and the Magadh should perform jobs related to roads (maintenance, construction, tree plantation, operating inn etc.) and highways.
Nakul & Sahdev took to caring of horses-stable maintenance and rearing during hiding in Matasy Desh. Madr Naresh drove the chariot of Karn, Bhagwan Shri Krashn drove the chariot of Arjun in Maha Bharat battle. Subhdra drove the chariot when she eloped with Arjun. Nal was the best Chariot driver of all times except Bhagwan Shri Krashn. Madri, Pandu's second wife was an excellent chariot driver. Sanjay was a Sut. Sut Ji was a narrator of Shastr but was relinquished by Balram Ji since he was not entitled for this pious job of Vyas.
Balram assassinated Sut Ji, since he was doing the job of a Brahman. He lacked Brahmanical traits, qualities. Though he was a great narrator, yet he lacked the special traits of a Brahman.
At present Yogi is doing the job of Brahman Pujari at Baba Gorakh Nath Temple, wearing safron cloths. 
मत्स्यघातो निषादानां त्वष्टिस्त्वायोगवस्य च।
मेदान्ध्रचुञ्चुमद्गूनामारण्यपशुहिंसनम्॥10.48॥
निषादों का कार्य मछली मारना, अयोगवों का कार्य लकड़ी का है। मेध, आंध्र, चुञ्चुओं और मद्गुओं का कार्य जंगली पशुओं का वध करना है। 
The Nishad should adopt themselves to fisheries-fishing, Ayogav should become carpenters or tree-wood cutters, Medh, Andhr, Chunchu and Madgu should adopt to killing of beasts who trouble the humans.
Almost all kings adopted themselves to controlling the population of wild animals who troubled the humans. Later some people unnecessarily started killing wild animals as a sport and took to hunting. Gandhi titled himself as a Mahatma and distracted the majority of workers and the congress party made efforts to distract majority of populations to leave their parental jobs and get employed else where without proper knowledge, expertise, skills, ability, interest and training resulting in present day chaos in Hindu society. Even the BJP government do not want to shun this practice of reservations in educational institutions and services.
At present every thing taught in India has a British origin, which is grossly defective, distorted, biased, misconceived and away from truth. India has written history of more than 30,00,000 years. The British torned the caste structure by depriving the traditional workers of their profession. They gave the concept of untouchable to Indians like Gandhi who propagated it further. The communists, Congressmen too toed this line of action.
The Congress governments headed by imposters-Muslims like Jawahar, Indira, Rajeev did their best to destroy Hinduism.
क्षत्रुप्रपुक्कसानां तु बिलौकोवधबन्धनम्।
धिग्वणानां चर्मकार्यं वेणानां भाण्डवादनम्॥10.49॥
क्षत्ता, उग्र और पुक्क्सों का कार्य बिल में रहने वाले जीवों को बाँधना और मारना है। धिग्वणों का कार्य चमड़ा बेचना और वेणों का कार्य बजाने वाले बर्तनों-संगीत यंत्रों को बजाना है।
The Kshatta, Ugra and Pukkas have to tie-control & kill the reptiles which live in burrows (like rodents, snakes to protect people). The Dhigvan have to sell leather and the Ven have to beat the drums.
The Ven thus occupy place among the musicians.
चैत्यद्रुमश्मशानेषु शैलेषूपवनेषु च।
वसेयुरेते विज्ञाता वर्तयन्तः स्वकर्मभिः॥10.50॥
ये पूर्वोक्त जातियाँ ग्राम के निकट किसी विशिष्ट वृक्ष के नीचे अथवा श्मशान, पहाड़ अथवा उपवन में अपने कर्म के अनुरूप जीविका अर्जित करते हुए वास करें। 
These tribes-castes should make their homes near a safe tree, cremation ground, mountains or a forest-garden to earn their livelihood as per their occupation.
चण्डालश्वपचानां तु बहिर्ग्रामात्प्रतिश्रयः।
अपपात्राश्च कर्तव्या धनमेषां श्वगर्दभम्॥10.51॥
वासांसि मृतचैलानि भिन्नभाण्डेषु भोजनम्।
कार्ष्णायसमलङ्कारः परिव्रज्या च नित्यशः॥10.52॥
चाण्डाल और श्र्वपचों के रहने का स्थान गाँव के बाहर रहना चाहिये। इनके पात्र (बर्तन) मिट्टी के होने चाहिये और कुत्ता और गधा ही इनका धन है, मुर्दों के उतारे वस्त्र ही इनके वस्त्र हैं। इन्हें टूटे-फूटे बर्तनों में भोजन करना चाहिये, लौह के आभूषण पहनने चाहिये और नित्य एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान पर घूमना चाहिये। 
The Chandal and Shravpach should reside out side the village. Their pots-utensils should be made of backed clay and they should keep dogs and ass, wear the cloths rejected by the dead. They should eat food by using broken pots and use iron decorations while roaming from one place to another.
Even today one may find such scenes in slums or Jhuggi Jhonpri colonies (JJ clusters of below poverty line people) of the poverty stricken people. Millions of people are using rags rejected by the people and sold over the pavements weekly markets. In villages even today clay pottery is used for cooking even by the privileged for good taste and nourishment. Some years ago not even a single Brahman family was there in villages which did not use earthen ware for cooking.
न तैः समयमन्विच्छेत्पुरुषो धर्ममाचरन्।
व्यवहारो मिथस्तेषां विवाहः सदृशैः सह॥10.53॥
धर्म कार्य में संलग्न मनुष्य, इनके साथ भाषण आदि व्यवहार न करे। इनका विवाह और परस्पर व्यवहार (लेन-देन) आपस में ही होता है। 
One who is engages in pious, auspicious, religious acts, rituals should avoid dealing-talking to them. These communities should deal mutually pertaining to marriages or personal relations. 
All over the world people prefer to interact amongest the group to which they belong to, like Italians with Italians, Japaneses with Japanese, Germans with Germans etc. A rich avoid dealing with poor, The higher ups avoid mixing with their juniors as a matter of unwritten constitution.
अन्नमेषां पराधीनं देयं स्याद्भिन्नभाजने।
रात्रौ न विचरेयुस्ते ग्रामेषु नगरेषु च॥10.54॥
इनको अपने नौकरों से टूटे-फूटे बर्तनों से अन्न दिलवावे। ये रात में गाँव या नगर में न घूमें। 
One should ascertain-ensure that these people are served food with broken utensils by his servants. They should not be allowed to roam in the villages or cities at night.
As a matter of rule these caste develop nefarious-nocturnal habits, criminality grows in their brain and they do not care for rules or regulations. In India still there are hundreds of castes like Thugs, Babaria, Sapera etc. who are criminal minded. They act in all sorts of criminal activities and often remain unpunished, since they often switch over the scene of crime immediately. Some tribes which reside in Rajasthan commit crime as far away as Tamil Nadu. The Thugs of Maha Rashtr target North Indian states with ease. The Bangla Deshi criminal tribes enter India with ease and penetrate Jaipur, Mumbai etc. and target the rich and poor alike. These people have local support from politicians, bureaucrats and police alike, since the booty is shared by all of them. The British & Muslim criminal, barbarians targeted India. Now, they have spreaded their wings all over the globe with the new identity as terrorists.
दिवा चरेयुः कार्यार्थं चिह्निता राजशासनैः।
अबान्धवं शवं चैव निर्हरेयुरिति स्थितिः॥10.55॥
ये राज चिन्हों-अनुमति पत्र को धारण कर दिन में काम के लिये घूमें। जिनके कोई बन्धु-बान्धव नहीं हैं, उन लोगों के शव को ऐसे व्यक्ति ढ़ोवें यही निर्णय है। 
These people may move in the cities in search of jobs-work with the permit issued by the government. They should be deployed to carry the corpses of those who have no relatives.
For security reason no one is allowed to roam freely in a walled city-premises. Gate passes are issued and the visitors are thoroughly scanned.
वध्यांश्च हन्युः सततं यथाशास्त्रं नृपाज्ञया।
वध्यवासांसि गृह्णीयुः शय्याश्चाभरणानि च॥10.56॥
शास्त्र के अनुसार राजा की आज्ञा से दिये हुये दण्डित का वध करें, फाँसी दें और उसके कपड़े, चारपाई, आभूषण ले लें। 
They should execute a person sentenced to death by the king in accordance with the scriptures and take the cloths, belongings, ornaments etc. possessed by the one hanged by them.
वर्णापेतमविज्ञातं नरं कलुषयोनिजम्।
आर्यरूपमिवानार्यं कर्मभिः स्वैर्विभावयेत्॥10.57॥
जो मनुष्य वर्ण से रहित अज्ञात और कलुषित योनि (वर्णसंकर से उत्पन्न) के रूप में अनार्य हों, उन्हें उनके कर्म से जानना चाहिये। 
One who's Varn, caste is not known, who is born as a mixed blood, (hybrid, bastard) or is a barbarian should be recognised through the work he does, his deeds.
Ary is a person who is cultured, educated, civilised, well behaved and prays to God.
आर्य :: श्रेष्ठ, सभ्य, सुसंस्कृत, कुलीन; cultured, educated, civilised, well behaved and God fearing, who's Varn, caste & lineage are known.
अनार्यता निष्ठुरता क्रूरता निष्क्रियात्मता।
पुरुषं व्यञ्जयन्तीह लोके कलुषयोनिजम्॥10.58॥
अनार्यता (असाधुता-दुष्टता,अशिष्टता,असभ्यता), निष्ठुरता, क्रूरता, अकर्मण्यता, ये लक्षण इस संसार में कलुषित योनि में उत्पन्न पुरुषों के होते हैं। 
Brutality, cruelty, indecency, barbarianism, harshness, neglect of duties-laziness, not to perform are the traits of those born in tainted-depraved categories.
One finds people like Maya Wati and Asaduddin Owaisi's brother using foul language against the well known upper castes in public. Brutality, cruelty, indecency, barbarianism, harshness are the features of terrorists.
अनार्यता :: असाधुता-दुष्टता,अशिष्टता,असभ्यता, निष्ठुरता, क्रूरता, अकर्मण्यता; brutality, cruelty, indecency, barbarianism, harshness, neglect of duties-laziness, not to perform. 
पित्र्यं वा भजते शीलं मातुर्वोभयमेव वा।
न कथञ्चन  दुर्योनिः प्रकृतिं स्वां नियच्छति॥10.59॥
पूर्वोक्त पुरुष पिता या माता के अथवा दोनों के शील स्वभाव के अनुसार ही होते हैं। किसी भी प्रकार यह दुष्ट कुल में उत्पन्न पुरुष अपने असली रूप को छिपा नहीं सकते। 
Such people born in degraded-depraved families can not hide their traits, since their behaviour is just like their parents.
Parental behaviour is acquired by the progeny and transmitted further to next generations. This shown the impact of both genetic and environmental characters.
कुले मुख्येऽपि जातस्य: यस्य स्याद्योनिसङ्करः।
संश्रयत्येव तच्छीलं नरोऽल्पमपि वा बहु॥10.60॥
श्रेष्ठ कुल में उत्पन्न होकर भी जो वर्णसंकर हो जाता है, वह अपने जन्म देने वाले के स्वभाव से वंचित नहीं रहता। थोड़ा या अधिक अपने पूर्वज का स्वभाव उसमें रहता है। 
The cross breed-hybrid born in an excellent lineage-family has the traits of his father. He invariably-unknowingly acquire the vulgarity, cruelty indecency present in his parents in lesser of more quantity.
यत्र त्वेते परिध्वंसाज्जायन्ते वर्णदूषकाः।
राष्ट्रिकैः सह तद्राष्ट्रं क्षिप्रमेव विनश्यति॥10.61॥
जहाँ पर, जिस देश में, ये वर्ण को दुखित करने वाले, वर्ण संकर उत्पन्न होते हैं, वह देश प्रजा के साथ शीघ्र ही नष्ट हो जाता है। 
The place, the country where these hybrids-cross breeds (bastards) are produced-grow, is lost-perishes quickly along with the population-inhabitants.
Mughals were the result of hybridisation  of the Muslims-Mallechchh with Raj Put clan-Kshatriy, lead to the destruction of this clan. Still some bastards here and there spring up claiming their lineage with the Mughals.
ब्राह्मणार्थे गवार्थे वा देहत्यागोऽनुपस्कृतः।
स्त्रीबालाभ्युपपत्तौ च बाह्यानां सिद्धिकारणम्॥10.62॥
ब्राह्मण, गौ, स्त्रियों और बालकों की आपत्ति काल में रक्षा के लिये निरपेक्ष बुद्धि से प्रतिलोम जातियों का प्राण देना, उनको (रक्षा के लिये प्राण देने वालों के लिये) ब्रह्म सिद्धि का स्वर्ण अवसर होता है। 
One born in a caste evolve due to inverse relation gets golden opportunity to attain Brahm Siddhi-Ultimate attainment, by sacrificing for the sake-defence of Brahmn, cow, children and women with neutrality.
It leads to accumulation of so much virtues that many-many of his ancestors get freedom from the sins, they had committed knowingly of unknowingly.
अहिंसा सत्यमस्तेयं शौचमिन्द्रियनिग्रहः।
एतं सामासिकं धर्मं चातुर्वर्ण्येऽब्रवीन्मनुः॥10.63॥
अहिंसा (किसी को भी मन, वाणी और शरीर से दुःख न देना) सत्य बोलना, चोरी न करना, पवित्रता और इन्द्रियों का निग्रह करना; यह संक्षेप में चारों वर्णों का धर्म मनु जी ने कहा है। 
Manu has doctrined that non violence (not to harm anyone with mentally-thinking, speech-words or physically), speaking the truth, not to steal, purity-piousness and controlling the sense organs (non indulgence in moral turpitude, passions, sexuality, sensuality, lust, sex, vulgarity, lasciviousness) are the Dharm duties of the four Varn-Hindus. 
It does not means that one should not protect either  himself, his family or the society. Sacrificing life for the protection of others is the highest sacrifice. Raise arms against the intruders, terrorist, criminals, attackers and vanish them.
शूद्रायां ब्राह्मणाज् जातः श्रेयसा चेत् प्रजायते।
अश्रेयान् श्रेयसीं जातिं गच्छत्या सप्तमाद् युगात्॥10.64॥
ब्राह्मण से यदि शूद्रा (शूद्र जाति से उत्पन्न कन्या) से उत्पन्न कन्या, ब्याही जाये और आगे भी यही क्रम जारी रहे तो वह अपनी सातवीं पीढ़ी में नीच योनि से उद्धार पाकर ब्राह्मण हो जाती है। 
If a girl born out of a Shudra gets married with a Brahman and the sequence continues for seven generations* the progeny born out of such relations-marriage will be Brahmans.
This inverse relation explains the strengthening of dominant genes resulting in purity of race.
*Mendel's laws of inheritance partially touch this phenomenon. The impact can be easily observed over street dogs and cats.

शूद्रो ब्राह्मणतामेति ब्राह्मणश्चेति शूद्रताम्।
क्षत्रियाज्जातमेवं तु विद्याद्वैश्यात् तथैव च॥10.65॥
जैसे शूद्र ब्राह्मणत्व को और ब्राह्मण शूद्रता को प्राप्त होते हैं, उसी प्रकार क्षत्रिय और वैश्य से उत्पन्न शूद्र भी क्षत्रियत्व और वैश्यत्व प्राप्त होते हैं। 
The manner-process in which Shudr become Brahman and Brahman becomes a Shudr works for the Kshatriy and Vaeshy as well leading to gaining the Kshatriy or Vaeshy title by a Shudr. 
This is purely scientific process resulting in purity of Varn-race.
अनार्यायां समुत्पन्नो ब्राह्मणात् तु यदृच्छया।
ब्राह्मण्यामप्यनार्यात्तु श्रेयस्त्वं क्वेति चेद्भवेत्॥10.66॥
जातो नार्यामनार्यायामार्यादार्यो भवेद् गुणैः।
जातोऽप्यनार्यादार्यायामनार्य इति निश्चयः॥10.67॥
ब्राह्मण से अपनी इच्छा से कुँवारी अनार्य कन्या में और अनार्य से ब्राह्मण कन्या से उत्पन्न पुत्रों में कौन श्रेष्ठ है; ऐसी शंका होने पर ब्राह्मण से अनार्य कन्या से उत्पन्न पुत्र श्रेष्ठ है, यह समझना चाहिये, क्योंकि वह पाकादि गुणों से युक्त होता है। अनार्य से ब्राह्मण कन्या में उत्पन्न पुत्र हीन-अप्रशस्त है, उसके प्रतिलोमज होने के कारण यही निश्चय समझना चाहिये। 
If the question arise about the superiority of a son born out of an Anary girl who willingly married to a Brahman and the son produced by an Anary with a Brahman girl, the set rule is that Anary being inferior to the Brahman and he produces son in an inverse relation, therefore the son of a Brahman will be superior having the traits-genes of a Brahman. 
The Brahman has the Virtues (qualities-traits) of all four Varn while the next has one less. The Anary-Mallechchh being a symbol of impurity, brutality, his genes are contaminated. This has been proved by the Muslim and British when they invaded India and inflicted tortures, brutalities, barbarianism over the civilised, peace loving Hindus.
तावुभावप्यसंस्कार्याविति धर्मो व्यवस्थितः।
वैगुण्याज्जन्मनः पूर्व उत्तरः प्रतिलोमतः॥10.68॥
ये दोनों (पूर्वोक्त उत्पन्न पुत्र) उपनयनादि संस्कारों के अधिकारी नहीं होते, यह शास्त्र की व्यवस्था है। मंत्र से ही वैगुण्य होने के कारण और दूसरा प्रतिलोमज होने के कारण यज्ञोपवीतादि सस्कारों के योग्य नहीं हैं। 
The scriptures forbids these two categories of progeny from the sacraments like sacred thread-Yagyopavit, being from a low origin and birth in reverse order.  
SACRAMENTS :: प्रतिज्ञा, प्रसाद, संस्कार, परम प्रसाद, परम संस्कार, धार्मिक उत्सव, विलक्षण बात, विलक्षण वस्तु, संस्कार-रूप
वैगुण्य :: विगुणता, नीचता;  defect, flaw, shortcoming.
सुबीजं चैव सुक्षेत्रे जातं सम्पद्यते यथा।
तथाऽर्याज्जात आर्यायां सर्वं संस्कारमर्हति॥10.69॥
जैसे अच्छे खेत में अच्छा बीज बोने से अच्छी उपज होती है, उसी प्रकार आर्य पुरुष से आर्य स्त्री में उत्पन्न पुत्र संस्कारों का अधिकारी होता है। 
The manner in which a good harvest-crop is produced-obtained by sowing good quality seeds in a fertile land, the son produced by the union of an Ary with an Ary woman is entitled for sacraments.
Its of no use sowing seeds in a barren land. The sacraments are useful in case the child has the traits in him to accept and honour them. Its extremely rare to see the sacramental procedures followed by anyone now a days even in a Brahman family. All are adopted to modern ways and means of living even though they respect sacraments. Its almost impossible to get a priest who is well versed with procedures, methodology, rites, proper pronunciation of Mantr. Greed is deep rooted in the Priests who perform these rites. They negotiate the Dakshina prior to accepting the job. Instead of following auspicious Muhurt they look for their own convenience.
बीजमेके प्रशंसन्ति क्षेत्रमन्ये मनीषिणः।
बीजक्षेत्रे तथैवान्ये तत्रैयं तु व्यवस्थितिः॥10.70॥
कोई बीज की प्रशंसा करता है, कोई क्षेत्र की, कोई दोनों की प्रशंसा करता है, इसलिए इस विषय में यह व्यवस्था है। 
This is the ruling-doctrine since some learned-specialist sages praise the seed-sperms, some praise the Kshetr (field-ovum)   & some praise both the sperm & ovum i.e., male & female.
अक्षेत्रे बीजमुत्सृष्टमन्तरैव विनश्यति।
अबीजकमपि क्षेत्रं केवलं स्थण्डिलं भवेत्॥10.71॥
खराब खेत में (ऊसर-बंजर भूमि) में बोया हुआ बीज उगने से पहले ही नष्ट हो जाता है और जिस खेत में बीज ही न पड़े वह केवल संथडिल ही रहता है। 
Seed sown in barren field do not germinate and rot before germination; while the field in which no seed is sown will not yield crops.
संथडिल :: भूमि-जमीन, यज्ञ के लिए साफ की हुई भूमि, सीमा-हद, मिट्टी का ढेर, एक ऋषि। शय्या, स्त्री, व्रत के कारण भूमि-जमीन पर सोना, भूमि-शयन। 
यस्माद् बीजप्रभावेण तिर्यग्जा ऋषयोऽभवन्।
पूजिताश्च प्रशस्ताश्च तस्माद् बीजं प्रशस्यते॥10.72॥
जिस कारण से बीज के प्रभाव से तिर्यक जाति उत्पन्न होने पर भी ऋषि होकर पूजित हुए, इसलिए बीज ही प्रधान है। 
The root cause is seed, since its the seed due to which  person (born in inferior clan-Varn, caste), turn into to a sage even after taking birth in a cross breed-contaminated family, hybrid woman.
It shows the dominance of the sperm, genes, chromosomes derived out of the father and transmuted to the mother in determining the caste of the off spring. 
Bhagwan Ved Vyas born out of Saty Wati who took birth from a fish and nourished by a boats man-Mallah, was the son of Rishi Parashar. He retained the qualities of his father. Ravan born out of Kekasi-a demoness, was the son of Rishi Vishrava (grandson of Bhagwan Brahma Ji) who retained the qualities of his father and became a noted scholar, great astrologer and a great warrior along with being a author in diplomacy.
Thus, the supremacy of genes received from father is established, concluded, ruled.

अनार्यमार्यकर्माणमार्यं चानार्यकर्मिणम्।
सम्प्रधार्याब्रवीद्धाता न समौ नासमाविति॥10.73॥
आर्य और अनार्य का कार्य करने वाले इन दोनों के विषय में विधाता ने कहा कि वे न तो समान हैं न असमान ही हैं। 
The creator considered the duties performed by both the Ary and Anary and said that they are neither equal nor unequal.
In the present scenario the caste does not count-matters much, its the work one does. The impact of clan-high Varn-caste may be there, but environment rules.  Modi is a Teli-oil extractor, a lower caste, but he is the prime Minister of India and till today he has proved that in free India since independence, he is the best Prime Minister. In some matters is much better than the Brahmns like me. Murmu may soon become the president of India, though she is a tribal woman.
Maya Wati is a Chamari and still she possess all the traits of her ancestors. She is neither a good person nor a good administrator. She is morally as well as socially corrupt. She is connected with numerous scandals.
Sonia-Rahul are Mallechchh & mixed breed from Muslim & Christian families. Both of them proved to be worst as a human being and politician. They are grossly corrupt. 
ब्राह्मणा ब्रह्मयोनिस्था ये स्वकर्मण्यवस्थिताः।
ते सम्यगुपजीवेयुः षट् कर्माणि यथाक्रमम्॥10.74॥
जो ब्राह्मण अपने कर्म में संलग्न और ब्रह्मनिष्ठ हैं, वे आगे कहे हुए छः कर्मों का भली भाँति अनुष्ठान करें। 
Those Brahmans who are devoted to their prescribed and mandatory duties and are absorbed in contemplating Brahm or the oneself (own Spirit) should resort to the six acts which follows.
अध्यापनमध्ययनं यजनं याजनं तथा।
दानं प्रतिग्रहश्चैव षट् कर्माण्यग्रजन्मनः॥10.75॥
अध्यापन, अध्ययन, यजन, याजन, दान और प्रतिग्रह; ये छः कार्य ब्राह्मणों के हैं। 
Teaching, learning-studying, performing Yagy (Hawan, sacrificing in holy fire, Agnihotr) for self & others, giving & accepting donations-charity are the six deeds listed for the Brahmans.
षण्णां तु कर्मणामस्य त्रीणि कर्माणि जीविका।
याजनाध्यापने चैव विशुद्धाच्च प्रतिग्रहः॥10.76॥
इन छः कर्मों में तीन काम याजन (यज्ञ कराना), अध्यापन और विशुद्ध दान लेना ब्राह्मणों की जीविका है।
Out of the six deeds, three deeds viz. teaching, performing Yagy for others and accepting donations as fee-Dakshina, earned through pure means by the host, constitute the means of survival, earning, subsistence of the Brahmans.
Subsiquent governements have implemented reservations which allows the other communities to teach.
त्रयो धर्मा निवर्तन्ते ब्राह्मणात्क्षत्रियं प्रति।
अध्यापनं याजनं च तृतीयश्च प्रतिग्रहः॥10.77॥
ब्राह्मण से क्षत्रिय तीन धर्मों अध्ययन, याजन और तीसरा प्रतिग्रह (दान लेना से रहित है। 
The Kshatriy is distinguished from the Brahmans by way of not teaching, performing Yagy for others and not accepting Dan-Dakshina.
वैश्यं प्रति तथैवैते निवर्तेरन्निति स्थितिः।
न तौ प्रति हि तान् धर्मान्मनुराह प्रजापतिः॥10.78॥
उसी प्रकार वैश्य भी इन तीन धर्मों से निवृत्त है, यही तथ्य है, क्योंकि प्रजापति मनु ने इन लोगों के प्रति ये धर्म नहीं कहे हैं। 
The Vaeshy should also discard these three as professions, since Prajapati Manu has not prescribed these for them as well.
शस्त्रास्त्रभृत्त्वं क्षत्रस्य वणिक्पशुकृषिर्विश:।
आजीवनार्थं धर्मस्तु दानमध्ययनं यजिः॥10.79॥
क्षत्रिय को हथियार धारण करना और वैश्य को पशु-पालन, खेती और जीविका के लिये व्यापार करना चाहिये। इनका  दान-धर्म देना, अध्ययन और यज्ञ करना है। 
The Kshatriy should wear arms and the Vaeshy should attend to animal husbandry (rearing and dairy farming) and farming for subsistence they should adopt trading. Their Dharm-duty is giving away alms (donations, charity, gifts), learning and performance of Yagy.
वेदाभ्यासो ब्राह्मणस्य क्षत्रियस्य च रक्षणम्।
वार्ता कर्मैव वैश्यस्य विशिष्टानि स्वकर्मसु॥10.80॥
ब्राह्मण को वेदाभ्यास, क्षत्रिय को प्रजा की रक्षा और वैश्य को व्यापार करना, ये ही उनके विशेष कर्म हैं। 
The Brahmn should specialise-attain expertise in Veds (learning understanding, interpretation-explanation and how to put them to practical use), the Kshatriy in protecting the public and the Vaeshy should be an expert in trading-business.
अजीवंस्तु यथोक्तेन ब्राह्मणः स्वेन कर्मणा।
जीवेत्क्षत्रियधर्मेण स ह्यस्य प्रत्यनन्तरः॥10.81॥
यदि ब्राह्मण अपने यथोक्त कर्म से जीविका न करे तो क्षत्रिय धर्म से जीविका चलावे, क्योंकि क्षात्र धर्म ही उसके निकट धर्म है। 
If the Brahman is unable to maintain his family through teaching, performing Yagy for others, he may adopt Kshatriy Dharm of saving-protecting others, i.e., he may join army or forces.
Dronachary, Krapachary and Ashwatthama were great warriors unmatched. Bhagwan Parshu Ram made the earth free from the atrocities of Kshatriy 21 times. Dronachary sacrificed his life in Maha Bhart war but remaining three are still alive.
The Brahmans provided training in warfare to the Kshatriy which necessitated expertise in warfare on their part. They had expertise in arms and ammunition as well. The scriptures describe use of fire arms-weapons at length which needed expertise on the part of the teacher.

उभाभ्यामप्यजीवंस्तु कथं स्यादिति चेद्भवेत्।
कृषिगोरक्षमास्थाय जीवेद्वैश्यस्य जीविकाम्॥10.82॥
यदि दोनों प्रकार की जीविका से ब्राह्मण अपनी जीविका न चला सके तो उसकी जीविका कैसे हो!? ऐसी स्थिति में खेती और गौ रक्षा को करके वैश्य वृत्ति से अपनी जीविका चलाये।
In case the Brahmn is unable to survive through the two means discussed earlier, he may resort to agriculture and rearing of cows, which is the profession of the Vaeshy, under duress.
After the onset of Buddhism, the Brahmans suffered a lot and engaged themselves in agriculture and rearing of cattle. Even after independence under successive regimes, their position has not changed. They are facing insult at the hands of scheduled castes who reach high positions in society without any talent, calibre, quality, just because they are scheduled castes. The irony is that most of these people do not deserve even low positions-cadre jobs like peon!
वैश्यवृत्त्याऽपि जीवंस्तु ब्राह्मणः क्षत्रियोऽपि वा।
हिंसाप्रायां पराधीनां कृषिं यत्नेन वर्जयेत्॥10.83॥
वैश्य की वृत्ति से जीवन यापन करता हुआ ब्राह्मण या क्षत्रिय हिंसा वाली पराधीन कृषि को यत्न पूर्वक त्याग दे। 
The Brahmans and Kshatriy should reject the services meant for the Vaeshy involving violence adopted by them for survival.
The Brahman should continue with regular prayers, worship, Yagy in spite of all odds.
कृषिं साध्विति मन्यन्ते सा वृत्तिः सद्विगर्हिताः।
भूमिं भूमिशयांश्चैव हन्ति काष्ठमयोमुखम्॥10.84॥
कृषि कर्म श्रेष्ठ है, ऐसा कोई-कोई मानते हैं, किन्तु सज्जनों ने कृषि की निन्दा की है, क्योंकि खेती के औजार (फरसा, फार, हल) से भूमि और भूमि और भूमि में रहने वाले जीवों का नाश होता है। 
Some people believe agriculture to be an excellent trade-profession but  gentleman opines that its not a noble profession meant for the Brahmans, since it involves tilting-ploughing the fields and killing of insects etc. by the agricultural appliances.
A Brahman engaged in farming should resort to regular fasts on Amavashya-no moon night. He should pledge donations-alms to the beggars-needy, as well. He should reward the low castes associated with him in farming, as well.
इदं तु वृत्तिवैकल्यात्त्यजतो धर्मनैपुणम्।
विट्पण्यमुद्धृतोद्धारं विक्रेयं वित्तवर्धनम्॥10.85॥
जिन ब्राह्मण या क्षत्रियों ने अपनी निज वृत्ति से जीविका असम्भव समझकर अपने धर्म नैपुण्य का त्याग किया हो, वे वैश्यों के व्यापार पदार्थों को छोड़कर अन्य वस्तुओं का व्यापार अपने धन को  बढ़ाने के लिये करें। 
The Brahman or Kshatriy who have deserted their own Varn Dharm after finding it impossible to survive by continuing it, should resort to trading-business but in those commodities only in which the Vaeshy are not dealing, to boost their income.
During the current era Kali Yug people from all walks of life, castes-Varn are resorting to those jobs which were not meant for them, causing chaos. Brahmans are seen working as hair dressers, beauticians, dry cleaners, sanitary inspectors. The worst has happened, the Brahmans from noble families resort to cleaning streets to survive.
सर्वान्रसानपोहेत कृतान्नं च तिलैः सह।
अश्मनो लवणं चैव पशवो ये च मानुषाः॥10.86॥
अपने धर्म का त्याग करने वाले ब्राह्मण और क्षत्रिय कभी भी इन वस्तुओं  का व्यापार न करें :- सभी प्रकार के रसों से युक्त पदार्थ, अन्न से बने पदार्थ, तिल, पत्थर, नमक, पशु और मनुष्य। 
The Brahman & Kshatriy who had to abandon their Dharm under distress should never resort to selling these items :- condiments of all sorts, cooked food and sesamum, stones, salt, cattle and human beings (slaves). 
CONDIMENTS :: चटनी, छौंक, बघार, मसाला।  
सर्वं च तान्तवं रक्तं शाणक्षौमाविकानि च।
अपि चेत्स्युररक्तानि फलमूले तथौषधीः॥10.87॥
अपने धर्म का त्याग करने वाले ब्राह्मण और क्षत्रिय कभी भी इन वस्तुओं  का व्यापार न करें :- सभी प्रकार के बने वस्त्र, लाल रंग, तीसी की छाल और ऊनी वस्त्र, यदि रंगे न हों, तब भी और फल, मूल और औषधि। 
The Brahman & Kshatriy who had to abandon their Dharm under distress should never resort to selling these items :- prohibited items include all dyed cloth, as well as cloth made of hemp or flax or wool, even though they are not dyed, fruit, roots and medicinal herbs.
अपः शस्त्रं विषं मांसं सोमं गन्धांश्च सर्वशः।
क्षीरं क्षौद्रं दधि घृतं तैलं मधु गुडं कुशान्॥10.88॥
अपने धर्म का त्याग करने वाले ब्राह्मण और क्षत्रिय कभी भी इन वस्तुओं  का व्यापार न करें :- पानी, हथियार, विष, माँस, सोम रस, सभी प्रकार के सुगन्धित पदार्थ, दूध, दही, घी, तेल, मधु, गुड़ और कुश। 
The Brahman & Kshatriy who had to abandon their Dharm under distress should never resort to selling these items :- forbidden items include water, weapons, poison, meat, Soma Ras and perfumes of all kinds, milk, honey, curd, Ghee-clarified butter, oil, honey, jaggery-sugar, Kush-grass.
आरण्यांश्च पशून्सर्वान्दंष्ट्रिणश्च वयांसि च।
मद्यं नीलिं च लाक्षां च सर्वांश्चैकशफांस्तथा॥10.89॥
अपने धर्म का त्याग करने वाले ब्राह्मण और क्षत्रिय कभी भी इन वस्तुओं  का व्यापार न करें :- सभी प्रकार के जंगल में रहने वाले पशु-जानवर, दाढ़ वाले पशु, पक्षी, मदिरा, नील, लाख और जिन पशुओं का खुर जुड़ा हो उन्हें न बेचे। 
The Brahman & Kshatriy who had to abandon their Dharm under distress should never resort to selling these items :-  all sorts of animals which live in forest, beasts-meat eaters, animals with fangs or tusks, birds, wine-liquor, alcoholic liquids-extracts, indigo, lac and all one-hoofed animals.
काममुत्पाद्य कृष्यां तु स्वयमेव कृषीबलः।
विक्रीणीत तिलाञ्शूद्रान्धर्मार्थमचिरस्थितान्॥10.90॥
अपनी किसी फसल में अन्य धानों के साथ अधिक मात्रा में तिल पैदा कर धर्माथ उसे बेचें। 
He should grow sesame along with other grains and sell them for sacred-religious purposes.
भोजनाभ्यञ्जनाद्दानाद्यदन्यत्कुरुते तिलैः।
कृमिभूतः श्वविष्ठायां पितृभिः सह मज्जति॥10.91॥
जो भोजन, उबटन और दान के अलावा अन्य कार्य तिल से करता है; वह कीड़ा होकर पितरों के साथ कुत्ते की विष्ठा में गिरता है।
One who utilise sesame for any purpose other than food, anointing (oiling-messaging) the body & donations, plunged into the ordure-falls along with his Manes in the faecal matter of dogs after becoming an insect-worm, in next births.
Til is used for sacrifices in Yagy-Hawan as well. Til is offered to Shani Dev as well.
सद्यः पतति मांसेन लाक्षया लवणेन च।
त्र्यहेण शूद्रो भवति ब्राह्मणः क्षीरविक्रयात्॥10.92॥
माँस, लाख और नमक बेचने से ब्राह्मण शीघ्र ही पतित हो जाता है और दूध बेचने से तीन ही दिन में शूद्र हो जाता है। 
By selling meat, Lac and salt the Brahman falls from grace-his status soon and by selling milk he turns into a Shudr within three days.
इतरेषां तु पण्यानां विक्रयादिह कामतः।
ब्राह्मणः सप्तरात्रेण वैश्यभावं नियच्छति॥10.93॥
इतर पदार्थों (माँसादि को छोड़कर) को स्वेच्छा से बेचने पर ब्राह्मण सात रात में ही वैश्यत्व को प्राप्त करता है। 
The Brahman turns into a Vaeshy within seven nights by selling low quality, base, forbidden goods.
रसा रसैर्निमातव्या न त्वेव लवणं रसैः।
कृतान्नं चाकृतान्नेन  तिला धान्येन तत्समाः॥10.94॥
रस को रस से बदल सकते हैं, किन्तु नमक अन्य रसों से नहीं बदला जा सकता। पक्वान्न कच्चे अन्न और तिल, धान से दोनों बराबर-बराबर तौलकर बदला जा सकता है। 
Extracts-Condiments may be bartered for condiments, but salt can not be bartered-exchanged for juices-condiments; cooked food may be exchanged for raw grains & sesame can be exchanges with paddy in equal quantities.
जीवेदेतेन राजन्यः सर्वेणाप्यनयं गतः।
न त्वेव ज्यायंसीं वृत्तिमभिमन्येत कर्हिचित्॥10.95॥
इस प्रकार आपत्ति में फँसा हुआ क्षत्रिय अपनी जीविका चला सकता है, परन्तु कभी भी ब्राह्मण की वृत्ति का अबलम्बन न करे। 
The Kshtariy facing hard ship-under distress, may earn his livelihood, but he should never follow the means of earning meant for the Brahmans.
यो लोभादधमो जात्या जीवेदुत्कृष्टकर्मभिः।
तं राजा निर्धनं कृत्वा क्षिप्रमेव प्रवासयेत्॥10.96॥
जो अधम जाति, मोह से उत्तम वृत्ति से जीवन निर्वाह करता हो, उसको राजा निर्धन करके शीघ्र ही देश से निकाल दे। 
One belonging to a lower caste who adopts the prescribed jobs meant for the upper caste by virtue of greed, should be turned out of the state after taking away-acquiring all of his belongings by the king.
At present judges from lower castes, scheduled castes, Christianity, Muslims are appointed who never do justice as per norms discussed in scriptures leading to large scale corruption, nepotism, injustice and anguish.
वरं स्वधर्मो विगुणो न पारक्यः स्वनुष्ठितः। 
परधर्मेण जीवन्हि सद्यः पतति जातितः॥10.97॥
अपना धर्म यदि किसी प्रकार खण्डित हो तो भी श्रेष्ठ है, किन्तु दूसरे का धर्म सर्वाङ्ग सम्पन्न होते हुए भी श्रेष्ठ नहीं है; क्योंकि दूसरे के बल पर जीने वाला शीघ्र ही जाति से पतित हो जाता है। 
Performance of one;s own duties, responsibilities, liabilities is superior to following-doing, practicing others mode of worship, performance, even if one's own practices suffer draw backs compered to others mode of service-worship. Those who indulge in such practices degrade-lower themselves form caste structure and turn into depraved, degraded lot.
Those who converted themselves to Christianity or Islam are degraded people either to to greed or fear. Those who claim others jobs-professions are unable to discharge them properly-sincerely and pave their way to hell. 
वैश्योऽजीवन्स्वधर्मेण शूद्रवृत्त्याऽपि वर्तयेत्।
अनाचरन्नकार्याणि निवर्तेत च शक्तिमान्॥10.98॥
यदि वैश्य अपनी जीविका से जीवन निर्वाह न कर सके तो शूद्र वृत्ति से जीविका का निर्वाह करे और शक्तिशाली हो जाने पर उसे छोड़ दे। 
If a Vaeshy  is unable to subsist through his profession, he may temporarily adopt the jobs done by Shudr but should desert them as soon as he gains strength and revert to his own profession of business and harvesting, dairy farming.
This is applicable to the all the three Swarn castes-Varns.
अशक्नुवंस्तु शुश्रूषां शूद्रः कर्तुं द्विजन्मनाम्।
पुत्रदारात्ययं प्राप्तो जीवेत्कारुककर्मभिः॥10.99॥
यदि द्विजातियों की सेवा करने में शूद्र असमर्थ हो और उसके बीबी-बच्चे अन्नादि का कष्ट पा रहे हों तो वह कारीगरी का काम करके जीविका चला कर सबका भरण-पोषण करे। 
In case the Shudr is unable to subsist his family by the service the upper castes, he may resort to skilled jobs-handicrafts to support his family.
During British rule millions of farmers suffered due to Britishers atrocities. Thier land, belongings and houses were snatched, burnt or looted. Millions died of hunger famine and epidemic. Those who survived moved to Kolkata and joined factories owned by the British to survive. Today majority of the people living in villages are lured by the city life and they are migrating to cities. They forget their caste structures and engage them selves in dirty-pitiable jobs. Millions are moving to developed countries where they have to do such jobs which they would not have dreamt of or had done in their senses in India or their native place.
यैः कर्मभिः प्रचरितैः शुश्रूष्यन्ते द्विजातयः।
तानि कारुककर्माणि शिल्पानि विविधानि च॥10.100॥
जिन प्रचलित कार्यों द्वारा द्विजातियों की सेवा की जा सकती है वे अनेक प्रकार के शिल्प और कारीगरी के काम हैं। 
The technical-mechanical jobs which can be practices-adopted for serving the upper caste are crafts and artisans.
वैश्यवृत्तिमनातिष्ठन् ब्राह्मणः स्वे पथि स्थितः।
अवृत्तिकर्षितः सीदन्निमं धर्मं समाचरेत्॥10.101॥
अपने मार्ग-धर्म में स्थित ब्राह्मण यदि वृत्ति के अभाव से पीड़ित होकर यदि वैश्य वृत्ति न कर सके तो आगे कही हुई वृत्ति को करे। 
A Brahman who is established in Brahmanical traits-practices is unable to adopt Vaeshy practises for subsistence, he may opt for the other trades-practices described next-further.
सर्वतः प्रतिगृह्णीयाद् ब्राह्मणस्त्वनयं गतः।
पवित्रं दुष्यतीत्येतद्धर्मतो नोपपद्यते॥10.102॥
आपत्ति में फंसा हुआ ब्राह्मण दान लेवे। धर्मशास्त्र में यह प्रसिद्ध है कि पवित्र वस्तु दूषित नहीं होती। 
The Brahman facing financial troubles may accept donations. The scriptures support this practice for him, since a pious commodity does not contaminate-sullied.
There are goods which remain as such-pure for long time like Ghee, honey, salt etc. The Ganga waters become pure automatically when the impurities flow along with it for some distance. It has bone charcoal, ashes of the cremated which absorb all sorts of pollutants. It has sulphur as a well. The river bed at source too has radiation which clears it. However, the quantum of pollution these days is so high that even Maa Ganga has started craving for purity.
नाध्यापनाद्याजनाद्वा गर्हिताद्वा प्रतिग्रहात्।
दोषो भवति विप्राणां ज्वलनाम्बुसमा हि ते॥10.103॥
अध्यापन (अपात्र को पढ़ाने) से, याजन (यज्ञ करने से) अथवा निकृष्ट दान लेने से ब्राह्मणों को दोष नहीं लगता, क्योंकि ब्राह्मण अग्नि और जल के समान है। 
Brahmn is not stained-slurred by teaching-non deserving, performing Yagy for others or accepting impure money as donation, since he is like Fire or Water which engulf everything in them, in distress.
This is the age when the governments compel each and every one to go to school and learn. In spite of best efforts majority of the students drop out of school at one or the other stage; due to lack of interest, low intelligence, lack of willingness-readiness to grasp, diversion of brain else where, bad family environment, lack of means-support etc. The jealous teachers who try to teach them by force under the stick of good result, invite punishment for themselves, even jail or public fury. The TV channels make mountain out of a mole. The education delivered in the school usually is not oriented with life & prove useless. Merely acquiring degree-certificate does not mean that one is a learned-educated person.
जीवितात्ययमापन्नो योऽन्नमत्ति ततस्ततः।
आकाशमिव पङ्केन न स पापेन लिप्यते॥10.104॥
जैसे आकाश कीचड़ से लिप्त नहीं होता वैसे ही प्राण जाने के भय से जो इधर-उधर अन्न खा लेता है, वह प्राणी भी पाप से लिप्त नहीं होता। 
The manner in which the sky is not contaminated by slime-mud one is not sinned by eating else where under the threat to life due to hunger.
One should always avoid eating at a place where meat is cooked or purity takes a back seat. Eating in hotels and restaurants is quite common these days where workers have very little or no concern for purity & cleanliness, especially road side hawkers-trolleys.
अजीगर्तः सुतं हन्तुमुपासर्पद् बुभुक्षितः।
न चालिप्यत पापेन क्षुत्प्रतीकारमाचरन्॥10.105॥
भूख से व्याकुल अजीगर्त ऋषि पुत्र को मारने-वध करने के लिये तैयार हो गये (यज्ञ में बलि देने के लिये)। किन्तु क्षुधा मिटाने के लिये ऐसा करने पर भी वे पाप से लिप्त नहीं हुए।
Ajigart Rishi was not slurred-sinned when he agreed to give his son for sacrifice in a Yagy under the threat to life due to hunger.
The sages-saints tolerate hunger for many many days and avoid eating meat or contaminated food. Thousands of innocents people who were starving were converted by Christian missionaries. All their belongings were snatched and they were made to starve by the British. Still this dirty game is on in tribal areas. Muslims abduct girls, starve them and then push them into prostitution, later to kill them & use their organs for transplant. Criminal Hindus are not far behind.
श्वमांसमिच्छनार्तोऽत्तुं धर्माधर्मविचक्षणः।
प्राणानां परिरक्षार्थं वामदेवो न लिप्तवान्॥10.106॥
धर्म-अधर्म को जानने वाले वामदेव ऋषि ने प्राणों की रक्षा के लिये क्षुधा से आर्त होकर कुत्ते के माँस को खाने की इच्छा की और वे उस पाप से लिप्त नहीं हुए। 
Rishi Vam Dev who are aware-enlightened of the gist of Dharm & Adharm was not sully-slurred by sin when he desired to eat the flesh of a dog under the impact of hunger to protect his life.
भरद्वाजः क्षुधार्तस्तु सपुत्रो विजने वने।
बह्वीर्गाः प्रतिजग्राह वृधोस्तक्ष्णो महातपाः॥10.107॥
निर्जन वन में क्षुधा से पीड़ित महातपस्वी भरद्वाज ऋषि ने अपने पुत्र के साथ वृधु नामक बढ़ई से बहुत सारी गायें माँगी थीं। 
Great ascetic Bhardwaj along with his son asked Vrabhu-a carpenter, many cows, when he was stared by hunger in a lonely forest.
क्षुधार्तश्चात्तु मभ्यागाद्विश्वामित्रः श्वजाघनीम्।
चण्डालहस्तादादाय धर्माधर्मविचक्षणः॥10.108॥
धर्म-अधर्म को जानने वाले विश्वामित्र ऋषि भूख से व्याकुल-आर्त होकर चाण्डाल के हाथ से कुत्ते के जंघे (कुल्हा, रान, नितम्ब) का माँस लेकर खाने को तैयार हो गये। 
Rishi Vishwa Mitr who knew the gist of Dharm-Adharm (right-wrong, Virtues-Sins), agreed to eat the dog's haunch receiving it from a Chandal, tormented by hunger.
प्रतिग्रहाद्याजनाद्वा तथैवाध्यापनादपि।
प्रतिग्रहः प्रत्यवरः प्रेत्य विप्रस्य गर्हितः॥10.109॥
दान, यज्ञ और अध्यापन से जो प्रतिग्रह लिया जाता है, वह ब्राह्मण के लिये अत्यंत निकृष्ट है और वह अंतिम अवस्था में नर्क देने वाला होता है। 
Money received in return for teaching, performing Yagy and receiving donations is worst-most reprehensible  for the Brahman and throws him into hell in the last stage.
There is no way out for the Brahman these days. If he do not accept Dakshina-fees he will not be able to survive. Hence, he should keep on worshiping the Almighty for the redressal of his acceptance of fees and he should give 1/6th of his earnings as donations to the needy.
याजनाध्यापने नित्यं क्रियेते संस्कृतात्मनाम्।
प्रतिग्रहस्तु क्रियते शूद्रादप्यन्त्यजन्मनः॥10.110॥
सभी द्विजों के जिनका यज्ञोपवीत संस्कार हुआ है, सभी समयों में याजन और अध्यापन होता है। शूद्र और अन्त्यज से भी प्रतिग्रह लिया जाता है (अर्थात पढ़ने और यज्ञ से करने से दान लेना निषिद्ध कर्म है)। 
All upper caste who have undergone sacred thread ceremony have to learn & perform Yagy through out their life. The return is sought from Shudr & Antyaj as well, which worst form of return.
अन्त्यज ANTYAJ :: अछूत, पादज, अंतेवासी शूद्र, मार्जारीय, वृषल, मार्जालीय, मेहतर; untouchables who remain unclean, consume wine, eat meat, kill birds and animals, some of whom remain outside the periphery of the villages. One belonging to untouchable tribes, sweepers-scavengers, the people who used to collect night soil-stools excreta-faecal matter and through it away.
जपहोमैरपेत्येनो याजनाध्यापनैः कृतम्।
प्रतिग्रहनिमित्तं तु त्यागेन तपसैव च॥10.111॥
याजन और अध्यापन से किया हुआ पाप जप और होम से नष्ट होता है और प्रतिग्रह से जो पाप होता है, वह प्रतिग्रह से ली गई वस्तु के त्याग और तपस्या से नष्ट होता है।
The sin acquired by virtue of accepting money-fee, Dakshina for performing Yagy & teaching others is rectified (removed, cleansed) through recitation of God's prayers and performing Yagy for self. The obligation caused by accepting any thing in return is nullified by discarding the gifts and subjecting self to asceticism, austerities.
शिलौञ्छमप्याददीत विप्रोऽजीवन्यतस्ततः।
प्रतिग्रहाच्छिल: श्रेयांस्ततोऽप्युञ्छः प्रशस्यते॥10.112॥
इधर-उधर जीविका के लिये प्रतिग्रह न लेकर ब्राह्मण शिलोञ्छवृत्ति का आश्रय ले। प्रतिग्रह से शिलवृत्ति अच्छी है और शिल से उञ्छवृत्ति अच्छी है। 
In stead of collecting alms or gifts or begging hither & thither the Brahmn should resort to survival just by collecting the staff bearing food grains (wheat ear) which falls over the land in a harvested field. This is better than collecting alms. Still better-laudable than this is gleaning-collection of food grains in the harvested field. 
Leading such a harsh life and still blamed for the troubles of Shudr, those who are parasites on present Indian community. They are gifted most of the funds through taxes.
शिलोञ्छवृत्ति :: कटे हुए खेत की बाल का बीनकर लाना; gleaning of food grain ear from a harvested field.
उञ्छवृत्ति :: कटे हुए खेत से धन का एक-एक दाना चुनना; gleaning of food grain from a harvested field. 
सीदद्भिः कुप्यमिच्छद्भिर्धने वा पृथिवीपतिः। 
याच्यः स्यात्स्नातकैर्विप्रैरदित्संस्त्यागमर्हति॥10.113॥
स्नातक ब्राह्मण द्रव्याभाव के कारण दुखी होकर यदि धन की इच्छा करे तो राजा से याचना करे, यदि राजा धन न दे तो, उस राजा का राज्य त्याग कर दे। 
The learned-graduate Brahman should request the king for the money if he  is under stress. If the king fails to support him, he should discard the king. 
The Learned Brahman is supposed to be supported by the state. He should look to alternatives if the state fails to support him. Soon after the invent of Buddhism most of the kings adopted it and discarded the enlightened, learned Brahmans and the funds started flowing to monks, illiterates in the hermitages.This led to weakening of the state and Muslims captured India. The kings lost their bravery, valour, power and public support. The Brahmans too indulged in sinful acts for earning-survival. Still Dharm maintained its significance.
Its still better if one-Brahman keep on worshiping the God, side by side.
अकृतं च कृतात्क्षेत्राद् गौरजाविक मेव च। 
हिरण्यं धान्यमन्नं च पूर्वं पूर्वमदोषवत्॥10.114॥ 
जोते हुए खेत से बिना जोता-बोया गया खेत, प्रतिग्रह लिये अच्छा होता है। इसी प्रकार गौ, बकरी, सोना, धान और अन्न इसमें पूर्व-पूर्व अर्थात एक दूसरे से पहला, दोष हीन हैं।  
प्रतिग्रह :: (1). ग्रहण करना, स्वीकार करना, किसी की दी हुई वस्तु ले लेना, (2). पाणिग्रहण-विवाह, (3). पत्नी के रूप में ग्रहण करना; ब्याहता, (4). प्रतिकार, विरोध, (5). अभ्यर्थना, (6). किसी अभियुक्त या संदिग्ध की जाँच के लिए अधिकारियों को सौंपा जाना, (7). सेना का पिछला भाग,  ग्रहण करने वाला, लेने वाला; acceptor-one who accepts.
An empty-un ploughed field is good to accept. Similarly, Cow, goat, gold, food grains the earlier one better to accept as (charity, donation) by the Brahman. 
सप्त वित्तागमा धर्म्या दायो लाभः क्रयो जयः।
प्रयोगः कर्मयोगश्च सत्प्रतिग्रह एव च॥10.115॥ 
दाय (पूर्वजों की सम्पत्ति), लाभ (गढ़े हुए धन की प्राप्ति), क्रय (खरीदना), जय (जीतकर लेना), प्रयोग (ब्याज पर द्रव्य-धन देने से), कर्मयोग (खेती और वाणिज्य) और दान; ये सात रास्ते धर्म मार्ग से धन प्राप्त करने के हैं। 
There are seven means of earning through Dharm-righteousness modes viz. inheritance,  obtaining buried treasures, purchase, winning, earning by lending money for interest, Karm Yog (earning through labour in field-agriculture & business) and accepting donations.
विद्या शिल्पं भृतिः सेवा गोरक्ष्यं विपणिः कृषिः।
धृतिभेक्ष्यै कुसीदं च दश जीवनहेतवः॥10.116॥
विद्या (जीवकोपयोगी विद्या), शिल्प (कारीगरी), वेतन लेकर काम करना, सेवा, गोरक्षा, खेती, संतोष, भिक्षा और ब्याज का व्यापार ये दस जीवनोपयोगी व्यापार हैं। 
Life oriented  learning, handicrafts-mechanical jobs, working by receiving wages-salary, service, protection of cows, business, agriculture, self satisfaction-contentment, accepting alms i.e, begging and receiving interest on money are the ten righteous means of survival. 
ब्राह्मणः क्षत्रियो वापि वृद्धिं नैव प्रयोजयेत्।
कामं तु खलु धर्मार्थं दद्यात्पापीयसेऽल्पिकाम्॥10.117॥
ब्राह्मण या क्षत्रिय ब्याज लेने का काम न करें, किन्तु धर्म के कार्य यदि पापी भी रुपया लेना चाहे तो उसे थोड़े ब्याज पर ऋण दे देना चाहिये। 
The Brahman & Kshatriy should not involve themselves in lending money. If a depraved needs money for Dharm related works, he may be landed money at low rates of interest.
चतुर्थमाददानोऽपि क्षत्रियो भागमापदि।
प्रजा रक्षन्परं शक्त्या किल्बिषात्प्रतिमुच्यते॥10.118॥
आपत्तिकाल में उपज का चौथा भाग लेकर भी राजा यथाशक्ति प्रजा की रक्षा करे, तो वह अधि कर लगाने के पाप से मुक्त हो जाता है। 
The king is freed from the sin of higher collection of taxes i.e., one fourth in stead of one sixth, if he protects his subjects vehemently during emergencies-distress.
स्वधर्मो विजयस्तस्य नाहवे स्यात् पराङ्मुखः।
शस्त्रेण वैश्यान्रक्षित्वा धर्म्यमाहारयेद् बलिम्॥10.119॥
राजा को धर्म युद्ध में विजय पानी ही है। इसलिये वह युद्ध में पराङ्मुख (विमुख, विपरीत, विरुद्ध) न हो। शस्त्र से वैश्यों की रक्षा करके धर्मानुकूल बलि लेवे।  
The king has to win the righteous-pious war as per doctrine of the Dharm. He should not desert-shun a righteous war and protect the businessmen and seek taxes as per Dharm.
The Jihad-Muslim crusade is grossly Adharm-irreligious, since it kills the innocents, incapable, women, children abducts women, sell women and enslave the innocents. These people are terrorists who are against culture, civilisation, ethics, morality.
धान्येऽष्टमं विशां शुल्कं विंशं कार्षापणावरम्।
कर्मोपकरणाः शूद्राः कारवः शिल्पिनस्तथा॥10.120॥ 
आपत्तिकाल काल में वैश्यों से धान्य-अन्न का आठवाँ भाग और कार्षापण पर्यन्त बीसवाँ भाग कर लेना श्रेष्ठ है। शूद्र, कारीगर, शिल्पी (मूर्तिकार, भवन निर्माता, चित्रकार वगैरह) आदि से काम लेना चाहिये। 
During distress-emergency, warfare the king should charge one eight of grain of the total volume of sales and one twentieth of the financial transactions made by the businessmen. The Shudr, craftsmen should be asked to do work like maintenance, repairs, support etc. in stead of paying taxes
For every one, protection of the stare-subjects is supreme during war, emergencies, distress. Modi government is doing remarkable work during Corona Kal. Its trying to grant help to all the needy. But it removed the silent minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan who did-monitered this.
शूद्रस्तु वृत्तिमाकाङ्क्षन्क्षत्रमाराधयेद्यदि। 
धनिनं वाप्युपाराध्य वैश्यं शूद्रो जिजीविषेत्॥10.121॥
ब्राह्मण सेवा करते हुए यदि शूद्र का जीवन निर्वाह न हो तो क्षत्रिय की सेवा करे, यदि उससे भी पेट न भरे तो धनिक वैश्य की सेवा कर जीवन निर्वाह करे। 
If the Shudr is unable to subsist by serving a Brahman, he may opt to serve the Kshatriy and then shift to a rich Vaeshy to have funds as per his satisfaction.
स्वर्गार्थमुभयार्थं वा विप्रानाराधयेत्तु सः।
जातब्राह्मणशब्दस्य सा ह्यस्य कृतकृत्यता॥10.122॥
वह शूद्र स्वर्ग या दोनों स्वार्थ और परमार्थ के लिये ब्राह्मणों की ही सेवा करे। इस शूद्र की सेवा ब्राह्मण स्वीकार करता है, ऐसी प्रसिद्धि होना ही उसके लिये कृत कृत्यता है। 
The Shudr should serve the Brahmn if he wish to attain either heaven or has a selfish motive & doing some thing for others. His fame as the person being accepted by a virtuous-worthy Brahmn, will liberate him from worldly bonds, ultimately leading him to Liberation from cycles of birth & death.
विप्रसेवैव शूद्रस्य विशिष्टं कर्म कीर्त्यते।
यदतोऽन्यद्धि  कुरुते तद्भवत्यस्य निष्फलम्॥10.123॥
ब्राह्मण की सेवा करना ही शूद्र का विशिष्ट कर्म कहा गया है। इस कार्य से भिन्न वह जो कुछ भी करता है, वह उसके लिये निष्फल होता है। 
The scriptures have assigned service of Brahmns as the main task for the Shudr. If he does anything else other than that, it will turn null & void.
During the present environment the opposite is happening. Brahmans are made to serve the Shudr. Satish Sharma is serving political interests of Maya Wati. Maya Wati wish to slap the Brahmans with four shoes. 
Khadge wish to abolish Sanatan Dharm from India. Rahul-son of a Muslim & a Christian declares that Congress is a party of Muslims & that he support them, is opposing the building of Ram temple in Ayodhya. Hundreds of thousands of Brahmans can be seen serving Rahul Gandhi who himself is a Muslim-Mallechchh, mush lower than the Shudr, in caste structure. 
Thakre wish to remove North Indians from Mumbai but wish to build Ram Temple in North India. 
This all dirty politics emerging out of polluted dirty minds who have no understanding of Dharm-duty.
One of the goals of Sonia in India is to spead-nourish Chritianity.
प्रकल्प्या तस्य तैर्वृत्तिः स्वकुटुम्बाद्यथार्हतः।
शक्तिं चावेक्ष्य दाक्ष्यं च भृत्यानां च परिग्रहम्॥10.124॥
सेवा कर रहे शूद्र को शक्ति, कार्य कुशलता और भृत्यों का परिग्रह (उनके कुटुम्ब के भरण-पोषण का खर्च) देखकर ब्राह्मण अपने कुटुम्ब से यथार्थ प्रबन्ध करे। 
The Brahmn should manage-provide for the expanses (salary, maintenance) of the Shudr and the servants according to their efficiency, devotion, capability, devotion with a consideration of own family liabilities.
As a matter of fact its a myth that the Brahman will ever have so much money to afford servants. One who himself is supposed to survive over the food grain collected from the harvested fields, can not think of being over burdened by servants. Still, its possible when he is supported by the state. In that case this postulate is applicable. 
During the last 70 years of independence troubles, tensions, tortures over the Brahmans have increased tremendously. They never faced such insult-neglect during even during Buddhist, Muslim and the British regime. In spite of hard labour, their children are deprived off the jobs they deserve. Their jobs are continuously going to non deserving, incapable people.
उच्छिष्टमन्नं दातव्यं जीर्णानि वसनानि च।
पुलाकाश्चैव धान्यानां जीर्णाश्चैव परिच्छदाः॥10.125॥ 
उस शूद्र को जूठा अन्न, पुराना वस्त्र, सारहीन अन्न, पुराना, ओढ़ना और बिछौना देना चाहिये। 
The servants, Shudr should be given left over food, cloths to cover the body, beds etc. 
In Australia and America its found that people dump useful goods in working condition outside their homes once in a week. Normally, needy people take them away. But in general, council collect them and convert them into waste material. Earlier such goods were accepted by China, but saturation has come there as well. What is puzzling is that the goods which can be improvised, used profitably are thrown away, discarded, might be because of flourishing people.
China is such a rouge country that it convert the left over, partially eaten stale, waste food items in hotels, restaurants into material which looks like rice grain and pass it on the India for selling, in addition to developed countries where people eat it without knowing, what they are consuming.
Shiploads of old, discarded cloths passed over for charity, reach developing & poor countries and sold there.
The scriptures recognise these people living in advanced countries as Mallechchh-much lower over caste lines than the Shudr. Chanky said that 1,000 Yawan are more depraved than just one Chandal.
न शूद्रे पातकं किञ्चिन्न च संस्कारमर्हति।
नास्याविकारो धर्मेऽस्ति न धर्मात्प्रतिषेधनम्॥10.126॥
शूद्र को बचा-खुचा खाने से पातक-बीमारी नहीं होती, वह संस्कार हीन है। वह धर्म कार्य से च्युत है। उसको धर्म कार्य का न तो अधिकार न निषेध। 
The Shudr easily digest the left over food, without being affected by sin-illnesses. He has not been undergone-enrolled into rites. He is neither prohibited nor compelled to undergo sacred rites.
धर्मेप्सवस्तु धर्मज्ञाः सतां वृत्तमनुष्ठिताः।
मन्त्रवर्ज्यं न दुष्यन्ति प्रशंसां प्राप्नुवन्ति च॥10.127॥
जो धर्म की इच्छा रखते हैं, वे धर्मज्ञ हैं और सज्जनों की वृत्ति से रहते हैं। मंत्रहीन धर्माचरणों (पञ्च महायज्ञादि) को करने से वे दोषी नहीं होते, किन्तु प्रशंसा को ही पाते हैं। 
Those who are desirous of Dharm are righteous and live according to the duties described for the gentle man. They are not contaminated even if they do not perform the sacred duties, rituals, rites without the recitation of Mantr, but are praised by the others.
यथा यथा हि सद्वृत्तमातिष्ठत्यनसूयकः।
तथा तथेमं चामुं च लोकं प्राप्नोत्यनिन्दितः॥10.128॥
जैसे-जैसे पवित्र आचरण-धर्माचरण, अनिन्दक (दूसरों की निंदा न करने वाले) होकर सज्जन वृत्ति का निर्वाह करते हैं, वैसे-वैसे वह इस लोक में उनकी कीर्ति बढ़ती है और वे परलोक में स्वर्ग पाते हैं। 
The righteous who keep on performing his duties, leads his life without condemning others, attain fame and get heaven after death.
शक्तेनापि हि शूद्रेण न कार्यो धनसञ्चयः।
शूद्रो हि धनमासाद्य ब्राह्मणानेव बाधते॥10.129॥
धन सञ्चय करने में समर्थ होता हुआ भी शूद्र धन का संग्रह न करे, क्योंकि धन को पाकर शूद्र ब्राह्मण को सताता है (और नर्क का भागी होता है)। 
In spite of being capable of accumulating wealth the Shudr should avoid doing so, since as a result of it he will become arrogant and torture the Brahmans, paving his way to hells.
The low caste people are becoming arrogant day by day having obtained jobs by virtue of reservation and insult upper caste time and again. The upper castes are compelled to punish them. The low castes who are not eligible even for the post of a peon are working as ministers and spoiling the nation. Obviously, they are destined to hells and low species like insects worm.
The upper caste Swarn are definitely ignorant. Even though capable of throwing away the reservationists, they keep on voting in their favour. 
The time is ripe to abolish reservation and reservationists.
एते चतुर्णां वर्णानामापद्धर्माः प्रकीर्तिताः।
यान्सम्यगनुतिष्ठन्तो व्रजन्ति परमां गतिम्॥10.130॥
यह चारों वर्णों के आपातकाल के कर्म को कहा, जिसका सम्यक् प्रकार से अनुष्ठान करके सभी वर्ण वाले परम गति को पाते हैं। 
The duties of the four Varn have been described by following which during emergency-distress, they attain Ultimate abode-Moksh.
This is the gist of Karm Yog. One who follow his Varnashram Dharm is bound to reach the Almighty automatically, not to revert back by having birth.
एष धर्मविधिः कृत्स्नश्चातुर्वर्ण्यस्य कीर्तितः।
अतः परं प्रवक्ष्यामि प्रायश्चित्तविधिं शुभम्॥10.131॥
यह चारों वर्णों की सम्पूर्ण धर्म विधि कही गई है। अब इसके बाद प्रायश्चित विधि कहूँगा।
Methodology, procedures for following one's duties by the four Varn have been described. Now, I shall describe the manner in which penances have to be completed.
Penances helps one in diluting the impact of sins by subjecting himself to self imposed discipline, fasting, social service and worship.
संकरो नरकायैव कुलघ्नानां कुलस्य च।
पतन्ति पितरो ह्येषां लुप्तपिण्डोदकक्रियाः॥
वर्णसंकर कुलघातियों को और कुल को नरक में ले जाने वाला होता है। लुप्त हुई पिण्ड और जल की क्रिया वाले अर्थात श्राद्ध और तर्पण से वंचित, इनके पितर लोग भी अधोगति को प्राप्त होते हैं।[श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता 1.42]
The mix breed (One whose caste can not be ascertained, defined, fixed) leads the Pitre, Manes, ancestors to undefined hells, by degrading-isolating them. The PITRE-MANES (root, basic, original ancestors), from whom the clan-caste chain begun, are left without offerings-prayers for their clemency, relief, worship, leading to their downfall to difficult hells. 
आज के युग में नौजवान लड़कों और लड़कियों को यह समझाना बहुत मुश्किल है, क्योंकि यह कलयुग है और फिर उनमें ऐसों की सँख्या बहुत है, जो स्वयं इस तरह से पैदा हुए होंगे। वर्णसंकर (अवैध, हरामी, हरामजादा, मुसलमान) में धार्मिक बुद्धि का नितान्त अभाव होता है। मर्यादा, कुलधर्म, धर्म वे ना तो जानते हैं और ना ही समझना चाहते हैं। उन्हें ऐसा कुलघाती कहा जा सकता है, जो पितरों को पिण्ड दान-तर्पण श्राद्ध और पानी तक अर्पित नहीं करेगा और वे अधोगति को प्राप्त होंगे। पितृ गण दो प्रकार के हैं :- आजान और मर्त्य। आजान पितृलोक में  हैं, परन्तु मृत्युलोक से मर कर गए पितर-पितृ मर्त्य हैं; जिनका पतन होता है। कुटुंब-सन्तान से सम्बन्ध रहने के कारण, उनको श्राद्ध-तर्पण-पिण्ड दान-पानी की आशा होती है।
Its extremely difficult to explain-elaborate, to the young generation, the importance of rituals like :- holding of Shanti path [clemency rituals], prayers for the peace of the deceased, Shraddh, terahvan (thirteenth day, barsi-annual ceremonies, offerings to Brahmans, poor, needy, after the death of the parents-grand parents, since they are born in Kali Yug & they may not be aware of the family tradition. Still this postulate is meant for those who are born out of illicit relations, between the parents from two diversified castes, religions, regions, countries in the name of love affair-marriage or those who produce children by living together, without marriage and illicit-forced relations.
The cross breed is (bastard, scoundrel, illegitimate, Muslims) without piousness, virtues, religiosity, family norms, traditions. They are generally termed as those, who lead their family tree to termination-fatal end. They will not hold prayers, make offerings, visit holy places for the peace, liberty, Salvation of their ancestors, fore fathers, Manes, unaware of the facts-traditions. Their ancestors-Pitre are sure to lead to hells.
Pitre are of two categories :- First one are present in the divine abodes and next are those who deceased over the earth. The second category will be the victim of the absence of these proceedings by their off springs. Whether one is born normally or through illegitimate relations; must hold prayers for the liberation-peace of the deceased soul, of their departed parents-grand parents.
The fashion of live in relation is on the rise. The child born out of this relation is generally socially unacceptable and lacks virtues, morals, ethics. He is mentally imbalanced. A new group is appearing in the society by the name of cosmopolitan, as a consequence of this.
Bastard, scoundrel, illegitimate born as an outcome of rape, illicit relations is always dangerous for those who are intentionally involved in it; since, they will have to remain in hells for a very long period of time as a consequence of it. Majority of Muslims all over the world born out of the illicit relations will led to abolition of Islam sooner or later. The impact is seen clearly in their large scale migration to Europe and else where. But the countries who are giving them shelter and allowing to build mosques and worship Islam are committing a grate blunder for which they will have to repent sooner or later.
दोषैरेतैः कुलघ्नानां वर्णसंकरकारकैः।
उत्साद्यन्ते जातिधर्माः कुलधर्माश्च शाश्वताः॥
इन वर्णसंकर कारक-पैदा करने वाले दोषों से कुलघातियों के सनातन-सदा से चलते आये, कुल-धर्म और जाति-धर्म नष्ट हो जाते हैं।[श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता 1.43]
The defects which create these cross breeds, distort the ancient Varnashram Dharm of clans, descendants, segregating the populations leading to the diminishing, vanishing, loss of varied casts, groups traits, practices.
वर्ण और जाति प्रथा मानव जाति की उत्पत्ति से ही जारी है। कश्यप ऋषि से मैथुनी सृष्टि से समस्त प्राणियों और मनुष्यों का प्रादुर्भाव हुआ। इसका वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण और आधार है। मनुष्यों में 23 जोड़े गुणसूत्र-क्रोमोसोम्स पाये जाते हैं, जिनको परिवर्तित किया जा सकता है, जिससे नई जातियाँ-जीव उत्पन्न हो सकते हैं। इसके प्रमाण उपलब्ध हैं। मनुष्यों के व्यवहार को क्रोमोसोम्स पर पाये जाने वाले जीन्स के आधार पर तय किया जा सकता है। 
समूह का व्यवहार और उसमें रहने वालों का बहुत गहरा सम्बन्ध है। जाति-वर्ण, काम-धन्धे का मूलाधार है। किसी भी जाति और परिवार में पैदा हुए बच्चे अपने पैतृक कार्य को अधिक आसानी से सीख और अधिक कुशलता से कर सकते हैं।
The caste system is ancient-since the beginning of evolution on earth by Kashyap Rishi through intercourse. It is perfect and has a scientific basis. Number of chromosomes and the genes present over them, determine the characteristics of a species. Humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes, which can be altered to create new species-living beings. It can be proved-demonstrated that human behaviour too has its seeds in the genetic structure over the chromosomes.
Traits of various individuals can be analysed by studying the group behaviour. Behaviour of different people belonging to various castes and sub castes, too show remarkable similarities. There are practical advantages of this system as the progeny of one caste learns the parental skills much quicker-with remarkable ease.
A person born out of illicit relations, inter caste marriages do not follow the cultural values, ethics. He is not recognised as a member of either of the two sides-communities of marriage partners. Scientifically, there is a mutation in genes found over the chromosomes. New features are seen in him physically. There may be sizeable changes in intelligence level as well. Normally, such progeny do not command any respect in the society. Family norms, etiquette are lost completely. Indians are quick in following western style of living together without marriage. Majority of people in Australia do not accept wed lock. The results are obvious.
Wife of king of Mathura Ugr Sen, went to her father in spite of refusal to allow her to go. She was seen on her way, by a Yaksh. He established sexual relations with her, as a result of which Kans (Kal Nemi) was born & the whole world knows his story. He was later killed by Bhagwan Shri Krashn. 
लिव इन नाम की बीमारी धीरे-धीरे बढ़ती रही है। टीवी, फ़िल्म आदि इसका प्रचार और प्रसार कर रहे हैं। राजनीति बाज़ भी पीछे नहीं हैं। इसका दुष्परिणाम सभ्यता, रीति-रिवाजों का काल बनेगा।
Women in love in relations are comparable to prostitute and whores. 
Such people do not believe in culture, values, morals, ethics, society norms.
